Excellent help and service from Abbie who knows her stock and located the items I was looking for swiftly and without fuss. This was at the end of a shopping trip in Manchester for said items. I had been unaware that there was a branch of Go Outdoors at The Arndale and didn't fancy going to Cheadle so this excellent service was a real bonus.

Great customer service
Came in looking for a lightweight waterproof coat. By chance we spoke to Samantha and she was so helpful. She showed me the various coats in various price ranges, explained the technical benefits of each coat. Kept coming over and asking how things were going and if there was anything else she could do. She took a few items we were buying over to the counter so we didn’t have to cart them around the store whilst still browsing. What a credit to the Arndale store.

Great customer service.
I came into the store looking for a specific product and in a bit of a rush. Charlie W made himself readily available and was a great help and really friendly. I really appreciate that he took the time to talk to me about different products on offer and relating it to his own experience.

Came here to buy a coat with my colleague we found the coat in my size!! Perfect start then went and paid greeted by a lovely young lady named afsah I believe her name was she was lovely allowed us to keep t her bag behind the tills till our break time then we. Came back and collected it she was very polite and very smiley which we loved!!

We visited to buy new walking boots, my husband chose quickly but I was really struggling. ADAM passed on his way to his lunch break - put his lunch (and then hot coffee!!) down and spent a good 20 mins advising me, guiding me and entertaining us!! So very impressed with his focus on customer service and very pleased with my new boots - thank you Adam!! Just fabulous!!

Great store, a lot of choice. Guy who helped us Emmanuel was really helpful, nothing was too much trouble, even though I tried on 4 pairs of boots. Will definitely be revisiting.
