Very helpful staff
I was looking for some new waterproof walking boots to replace a pair of Peter Storm boots, one ifcqhich started to disintegrate after only a few months. I was served by Daniel in footwear, who was very well informed and strongly recommended Merrell boots, which I bought. Used for the first time today, I am very pleased with their fit and feel. Great place to buy walking boots
Tom is a great ambassador for Go Outdoors, as are those of the team I spoke to over a couple of visits. Knowledgeable and professional. Had a good discussion about the features of different walking boots, keen to know what I was looking for, not pushy at all, but got the sale as we found what I wanted.
