When you ask a member of staff, who is in the middle of sorting through a delivery, if there is stock of a pair of specific shorts in a specific size in the delivery and without hesitation she rummages through and finds exactly what you are asking for, in not just one but two colour options! That is great customer service. Thank you Amy, you are a star!

Fantastic 1st experiences of GoOutdoors. Staff were brilliant in helping me and my son get the right equipment for his DOE. In addition prices were so good I bought a ski jacket in their sale. That was down to the pleasure of shopping there. I would highly recommend visiting the store as they have great trainers. Boots, clothes,equipment etc. If your into golf there is even a very good American Golf shop there which had some great prices as well! Massive store……

Nathan in the Northampton store was very supportive and helpful in helping me chose a sleeping bag and mat for my son's Dof E experience. Julie was also incredibly helpful calling Nathan to assist on the radio. A quick and helpful experience.

I recently visited Go Outdoors to purchase a North Face jacket, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of service I received from Sam at the tills.

From the moment I approached the counter, Sam was welcoming, attentive, and professional. He handled the transaction efficiently, but what stood out most was the way he engaged with me throughout the process. Rather than simply completing the sale, he took the time to ensure everything was right with my purchase, from confirming sizing to making sure I was happy with the jacket itself.

Sam’s communication was clear and friendly, which made the experience feel relaxed and personal rather than rushed or transactional. He also demonstrated strong product awareness and a genuine interest in helping customers, which added to the overall quality of service.

This store is much better than the MK one, a much better variety in the same place & it’s huge.
I was helped by Abbey who was quite knowledgeable. Helped me choose a perfect coat for my trip to Iceland.
Also the fishing selection I think was most impressive and probably the best in the area. Will be returning for sure. Easiest trip with no stress!

Staff really friendly and helpful . Everything you could need under one roof for camping , cycling , hiking , fishing , summer clothing , winter clothing etc . And get the £5 club card . The savings you could make are ridiculous .
Highly recommend this store .

Went in today to buy some walking shoes for my upcoming trip to Edinburgh.
Hannah came to our assistance and helped answer all my questions and was more than happy to go the extra mile for me.
It can be quite difficult for to try and find shoes my size, let alone ones that fit well! Hannah was an absolute dream, offering many solutions with a smile on her face the whole time.
Really appreciate the time she spent with us to make sure we were completely happy with our purchase. Left with some good walking boots and will be returning for the trail running shoes Hannah also helped me find later on!!
Hannahs knowledge, kindness and humour made a frustrating shoe shop a breeze. Thanks Hannah :)
