Walked in to buy shorts for husband. Never easy. Tina the shop assistance was wonderful, knew where to find the right sizes( I won’t disclose ; )
Super efficient, positive and helpful. On the till was Freya who was also extremely helpful.

It made the experience great because i received my parcel from go outdoors unlike my previous parcel which i bought from a company and had it delivered only to find someone had knicked it from my front door.

Served by Paul who was knowledgeable about the equipment I needed for fishing and happily demonstrated with a diagram exactly what I wanted to achieve. All the staff are friendly and approachable

Lovely young man working on the tills helped me with a pair of walking boots, very easy in and out!

Went to purchase a back pack, we’re walking 500 miles, found a member of staff easily who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, spent time explaining and going through options, loading weights and adjusting straps, ended up buying a great Osprey, massive thank you to Sean, he is a complete gentleman and asset to your team, Annie looked after us at the till, genuinely interested in our adventures, great shopping experience

Went in to the Norwich branch to get my daughter wellies and socks for horse riding. 'Jade' was amazing on the till, she helped us find better socks for my daughter. We don't go to here often probably twice in the past 10 years but the customer service was amazing, will defiantly go back.

Ordered to click and collect so very efficient way to ensure I got what I needed.

Laura was brilliant she knew a lot about all the ourdoor clothing products. She helped me with my merino base layers and my fleece.
I had all ready bought the cragghoper water proof jacket, but she got one down for me to try on with all my layers and helped with sizes to get maximum comfit.
I purchased the items and I am now totally kitted out for my charity hike up Ben Nevis when that day comes.
I have even had customers sponsor my just giving page in the shop.
I love go outdoors, the staff are great, very knowledgable

Staff were excellent and really helpful. Sean L couldn’t have done more.
Only downside was that they only had one of the chairs in stock at the time but we could have ordered another if we wanted to wait.
It’s also good that they are dog friendly and is one of the reasons we shop there. They were made very welcome by staff and customers.

Looking for some new walking shoes/ trainers. The assistant, despite being on her own provided a wonderful service getting the sizes required and providing information.

Today I was served by Ally, she was lovely and so helpful, excellent customer service

Came in for some hiking boots
I tried on a few pairs and then asked Ally for some recommendations. She was amazing and gave me a few different pairs to try and chatted through features and what not.
Super helpful and went with a pair Ally recommended.
