We were served by Laura who was friendly and very helpful. We stay on the campsite next door several times a year and will definitely visit this store again

Very pleased with the level of service I got today from Luke and Billy. I had particular requirements for a pair of walking boots. Tried on about eleven different pairs looking to find a wider fit for the toe box. With their help I eventually found the ideal pair.

Served by Paul in Oxford for a backpack fitting. Super helpful and professional. Took loads of time to explain the options and put weights in the bags to help give a real sense of how they felt. Excellent stuff.

I visted the go outdoors store on wednesday and was served by a girl called Lucy on the tills, she was extremely friendly and informative with helping me get further discount with my blue light card. It is so nice to experience this high level of customer service and Lucy is a credit to the store.

Excellent service from Helen over the phone. Helen happily checked over the item, and reserved it for collection in store. Very smooth process & lovely friendly, helpful team at this store.

Blink and you miss it on the road, looks dilapidated and abandoned from the outside but amazingly well stocked on the inside and incredibly friendly and helpful staff - thanks Mirelle! 👍🏻

Had a great shopping experience today in Oxford store. I was served on footwear by Lucy, who was very attentive and helpful despite it being busy and sounding like she had lost her voice! I walked away with a pair of Keens that she recommended. I was also served on the tills by a young chap who was just as helpful at checking if my membership was still in date. Thank you, I will be back again.

As always negotiating the aisles was difficult due to them being narrow and items that had been looked at not being placed fully back in place. Having said that my wife and I both found what we were looking for and are pleased with our purchases. Greeted at the checkout with a lovely smile from Laura.

I visited in order primarily to look at walking shoes. We met three staff members who were all friendly, courteous and helpful. One in particular (Louis) helped me as I searched through the excellent range of shoes, which spanned a wide range from inexpensive to high quality. Louis was very patient and knowledgeable about the advantage and disadvantages of the different makes, and provided excellent advice about selecting and caring for walking shoes. Overall the store had a good selection of outdoor gear at sensible prices.
