Liam at the Oxford store was first class…
Liam at the Oxford store was exceptionally helpful searching for the boots I wanted. He found some similar mens ones that I tried on and then ordered some women ones on line for me which are being sent to my home address. I would certainly ask for him next time I visit the store.

Good walking shoes
Very helpful,friendly and cheerful staff.

When fitting is important.
Wide range of camping gear made it easy to evaluate what I was looking for. For example tried two rainproof coats and L fitted on one while M fitted for the other.
