I had a great experience in the store…
I had a great experience in the store today with Laura and Megan helping me find the boots that would work best for me. They were knowledgeable and helpful as well as being patient with my indecision and didn’t seem to be bothered at all that I wanted to try on lots of boots before going back to the first pair in the end. Great in-store experience
Great in-store experience. Helpful and knowledgeable lady - Sue Gordon. Got all I wanted and more with good advice and an experienced staff member.
Online was different, as there have been disruptions of service there, but the support line team were most helpful.
Would use again, for sure.

Brilliant Service.
Me and my partner had a brilliant experience at the Peterborough GO Outdoors store recently. Finding the right walking boots is always a bit of a challenge for me but Steve was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly patient, and took the time to ensure we found the perfect fit for my needs.
Laura Ng served my partner and me at the till; she was friendly, efficient, and gave us additional policy information while completing the sale.
We’ll definitely be back for our future outdoor gear. Highly recommended!"

Thus far I have always struggled to find the right walking boots. Always rubbed, and always ended up being left in a cupboard. That was until today. Thanks to Jackie at Go outdoors this is no longer the case. Not only found me the perfect pair of walking boots, but also explained to me what I’ve been doing wrong, and as an added bonus cleaned the shoes I came in with whilst I was test walking. Jackie, your a star 🙂

Excellent Service at Peterborough
I was served on Sunday 18 January at the Peterborough branch by Sue Gordon.
I was looking for some walking shoes for a holiday abroad.
Sue was busy serving other customers, acknowledged me, and said she wouldn't be too long. Then she took the time to talk to me, find out more about my requirements, and helped me find what I was looking for.
I was extremely impressed with her product knowledge, her positive attitude, her kindness to a novice like me, and her detailed explanation as to how to care for my new shoes.
She also helped me find exactly the lightweight raincoat which I required.
I hope this review can be passed on to Peterborough, and particularly to Sue, as she made the shopping experience a pleasure, which is very rare.
