I went to buy a women parka today and Luciana and Veronica were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They gave me advice about different brands, product features, and made the shopping easy without being pushy. It's difficult to find this level of customer service nowadays!
Really pleased. 100% recommended!!

Went to get a daypack for hike/trek on a Saturday afternoon at Reading store. The store was quite busy and as I was scanning through the backpacks, the staff assisting a lady approached me if he could help me to find the product I was looking for, after he finished helping her. I got my product and he swiftly processed the transaction within secs. Found him (Mr Ciaran) very friendly and made the process effortless. Many thanks to him and Go outdoors.

Anya was very friendly and helpful. She went to great trouble to ensure we were completely pleased with our purchase.

Visited Go Outdoor Express Reading, as i needed a new pair of new hiking boots. I was served by Veronica and she was great. She was extremely knowledgeable and did not force a sale of any particular product or accessory. Information was given and I was allowed to decide at my own pace.

I had a great experience at Go Outdoors on 31st Oct evening. Ciaran provided such a lovely and friendly service — patient, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. I bought ladies walking shoes- Peter Storm.
The assistant was polite but not very attentive, I didn't feel entirely welcome. I tried on size 7 shoes which were a bit snug and I stupidly didn't try on a size larger. I now have a pair of shoes that are not as comfortable as they should be. Its my own fault - but I didn't want to be a nuisance.
