A little smile goes a long way.
Previous visits to the store were very positive but on this occasion we found this member of staff disinterested, and little condescending. We will use this branch again but will avoid this member of staff.

Rupert was very polite and helpful. When I enquired about a certain brand he actively sought out the brand and advised it was available online only. He also got the trolley from the window to give us a demonstration on how easy it was to put up and down
