Go Outdoors Tunbridge Wells is staffed by very knowledgeable and friendly people. My experience was guided by Josh who assisted me in looking for the boot most suited to my upcoming trip. Could not have asked for better advice and made an otherwise daunting task very easy.

I have difficulty getting walking shoes to fit & Rupert spent so long suggesting styles & different sizes

Previous visits to the store were very positive but on this occasion we found this member of staff disinterested,and little condescending. We will use this branch again but will avoid this member of staff.

Efficient, professional timely with great prices and deals

Wonderful experience in the go outdoors shop as I had little knowledge of camping. Christina, the sales assistant was fantastic guiding me through all the things that I would need.

The shop is well laid out. Connor served me and was prompt and helpful.

Rupert was very polite and helpful. When I enquired about a certain brand he actively sought out the brand and advised it was available online only. He also got the trolley from the window to give us a demonstration on how easy it was to put up and down

I haven't camped for a while so off I went to Go Outdoors for advice on what to buy for a novice camper. I went to the shop twice and was pleasantly surprised at how helpful the staff were in suggesting the essentials. I was in and out in no time.

Dealt with a lovely lady called Emma along with a lady called Christina. Emma was fantastic with assisting with what was needed on our first camping trip as a family of 5. Would highly recommend came away incredibly satisfied with the whole process!

Great shop, a very good variety of stock. Chloe was very knowledgeable on both occasions that we’ve been, and was so helpful and friendly in helping me find a rucksack. Will definitely be back again

Despite doing a stock take, the staff were really helpful and allowed me to try on a range of hiking shorts and trousers with no hassle. Moreover, they went the extra mile to check stock for colours and leg length. Great team and impressive service and knowledge.

This was my first dealing with Go Outdoors. I got a great price and everything arrived really quickly and collection from store was seamless. I was delighted and now I am a member I'll keep an eye out for new deals.

While busy with a customer, Rupert could see that I was looking at sandals and had taken a pair to try on at the seating provided. He excused himself from his customer and brought over the foot rest to help me. In the end his customer and I were discussing the sandals we were trying on while Rupert dealt with our needs. An enjoyable experience with the expert help from Rupert. We were on holiday but I would recommend GoOutdoors Tunbridge Wells (Express).

Went in to get everything my grandson needed for his upcoming Duke of Edinburgh trip. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable about DoE and the best equipment and clothing to buy at a reasonable price.
Will return for anything else we need.
