Finally got it with help from Ronnie
Been trying to get hold of a Berghaus 500 Footprint for months but not had any luck near me (Brum) and not available online but popped in the Worcs store with little hope and thought I'd try my luck, Ronnie went digging and found one out the back, legend!!

Excellent customer service
The staff in the Worcester store are so friendly and helpful. I have visited the store twice this month and purchased walking boots, shorts and a waterproof jacket, and all the staff were wonderful. Special thanks to Shirley who served me today.

Brilliant
Brilliant. We went to buy equipment for a bike packing tour but didn't know which products would suit what we needed. Good choice of products to choose from with a range of different budget prices.
Paul was amazing he had excellent product knowledge and vast personal experience of using the equipment so was able to advise us which would suit our needs best.
Came away feeling confident we have made the right choices.
