I received moldy product twice.

I ordered their go bag and receive moldy product. When I contacted them I was told there was nothing they could do about it. They made it sound like a one-off issue I re-ordered and received moldy product again. After over an hour with customer service, it was made clear thatGopuff has no interest in making this right.

Missing whole bag

One of the four bags of groceries I ordered was not delivered.
Since I didn’t know how many bags the products would be packed into, I didn’t realise anything was missing at first. I unpacked the three bags I received and only the next morning, when sorting them for recycling, noticed that a whole bag was missing.

I contacted Support and expected at least an apology or some help. Instead, I was told that because I didn’t report the issue within 12 hours — basically, goodbye.

I’m honestly shocked by this kind of customer service. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the reviews beforehand and trusted the advertising. Well, now I know better.

I canceled my account after numerous complaints against one of their drivers. He constantly showed up blasting his loud rap music in our quiet community, didn't wear a shirt, and even showed up to our door while smoking weed. GoPuff refused to do anything about it, which is why we no longer use their services.

Last night

Last night, I made a delivery order through gopuff, but unfortunately the driver took off with my $200 worth of food. I had put in a lot of effort to afford this delivery and provide sustenance for myself and my family. I am not looking for pity, just wanted to share my encounter with this company. According to the law, the perpetrator must have intended to deceive and gain possession of my belongings. I contacted my local police station and reported the situation, following their request to wait 24-48 hours. If my funds are not returned within that time frame, I will take legal action for fraudulent behavior and take the case to small claims court in order to retrieve my money.

Their drivers are awful

Their drivers are awful. Had items stolen, they have refused to walk up the steps to my house (I am disabled). I dont think they understand or care about the meaning of a delivery company.
Doing a charge back on the stolen item, customer service couldnt give a dam!

Robbed of £64

They took £64 of me and did not deliver my items.
They delivered my incorrect items.
then said they are not able to proceed with it any further.
Both email and online support i have had to contact my bank and explain but have to wait for it to clear in order to do anything.

I bought this only for the Charm, but they never sent the Charm.

I don’t even drink alcohol. The only reason I placed this order was because of the Charm in the gift option. But the Charm never arrived — only the alcohol did.

When I reached out to customer service, they told me the Charm wasn’t available at the location. That makes no sense, because I placed my order just after 9 AM, right after they opened.

To make it worse, they refused both refund and return, and I just kept getting the same automated response instead of real help. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Terrible service!

This company takes your money then cancels your order and you recieve NOTHING! Getting ahold of customer service is next to IMPOSSIBLE! Then you have to wait 10 business days to get your money back! What a total RIPOFF!! Avoid this service!! There are better ones out there!!

Becare of scam tactics

Becare of scam tactics. I purchased eggs from two brands in there insane deals assuming they were 2$ each limit one to each brand and the cart showed 2$ for each but at check out when you place the order, the eggs become 6$…. Use to love using them but I started getting expired food as well check your bread!! They gave me expired bread twice and they were months old not few days…..

FIRST order; LAST order!

I ordered from GoPuff for the first time through DoorDash. The delivery appeared to be on time, but then the status changed to “completed” even though no one had come to my house. I had been standing in the front yard waiting for the delivery. I believe the only reason my issue was handled expeditiously is because of their (GoPuff’s) partnership with Door Dash.
Judging by the other reviews I’ve read about GoPuff reliability, I avoided an unnecessary headache.
I have seen many expensive looking commercials for this service, however they’re not trustworthy.
No Thanks!

They should spend less on those commercials and more on logistics and customer service. There are too many other options to get what I need in a pinch.

I was working as a driver

I was working as a driver. I accepted the order in app and within 30 seconds I was at the parcel collection point. The order wasn't ready, so I waited 5 maybe 10 mins. Then I safely wrapped the 35kg parcel for a while longer. But by then, a pressing text message had arrived, saying I was delaying delivery, etc. The following week, all I got was an email about my account being blocked, without the contractually agreed notice period. Sometimes we encounter psychopaths/narcissists in life. This company is a like a psychopath. DON'T WORK WITH THEM!!! YOU WILL ONLY LOSE!!!

I just applied to be a delivery driver from their website which clearly indicated North Phoenix was available and open.

So here's the GOPUFF-GAME:

They tell you a location is open; they get you to apply to then be waitlisted! That's not what I consented. I gave my private personal information including SS## because there was a job opening not to be wait listed. It be more ethical if they openly said "all locations are only available for waitlisting" or "apply to be placed on a waitlist".

I asked for my account to be deleted. I value my personal information to be stored with competent entities. Besides, I don't want to work for a company that already plays games. I was told my "ticket would be escalated". Lol

There's NEVER a manager available with these companies!

Steal your info and your money

They charged me $78 out of the blue when I do not live in a delivery zone and had not ordered in nearly a year. When I contacted support they refused to refund me and kept saying a special team would be reaching out. The team never did and now I have to dispute the charge with my bank. Sketchy and untrustworthy. If you have an account make sure you delete your payment and close the account. They also sell your data to all sorts of data brokers. They need to go out of business.

I would rate my first experience with…

I would rate my first experience with them as 0 stars if I could. I was sick so my boyfriend sent me a care package. He didn’t need to do this of course but sent me beer along with it. I never had any contact with any person nor did I see any driver at the estimated time as I was there and available for my delivery. He received an email stating that his order was cancelled due to “invalid ID” and that his $65 order is non refundable due to this. They straight up robbed him and refused to help him get his money back. Not sure how it would be considered an invalid ID when no one even came. I just moved to this area and was excited to learn that gopuff was available in my area. Especially as someone born and raised around the Philly area and it being a Philly founded company, I am more than disappointed to find it lets down its customers in such a way. DoorDash and other companies have been far more helpful with getting refunds and such. Straight robbery. Would highly recommended not using.

ANOTHER screwed up order by GO Puff

Over half of the time I ordered from GO Puff SOMETHING is wrong... I placed a order tonight at 11:35ish the app said my order would be delivered within 33 minutes. Around midnight I received a text stating the delivery was on the way and driver has 1 stop before arriving to me.
Then 5 minutes later another texts says they are starting to pack order . It's almost 12:40 and still no order . The only reason I ever ordered is because they are open till 12:30 .
This will be my last order , I'm deleting the app. , and start shopping elsewhere.
It's sad because even though it's not the delivery person's fault , it cost them tip money for sure...

I have been using gopuff and paying fam…

I have been using gopuff and paying fam membership for a few years. I ordered a delivery of food and cigarettes, the food arrived and the cigarettes were missing and was refused a refund as they said the cigarettes were scanned out also my account now seems to be blocked. This has now happened 3 times with cigarettes, i think the drivers must be taking them. I had to go through my bank to get my refund. Thieving company AVOID

Don’t give GoPuff your money…

Everytime I’ve order from Gopuff here lately something is missing in my order. I don’t order frozen food anymore because most likely it would be thawed by the time it gets to me. In in Virginia it the law that if your delivering food that it must be sealed but do you think Gopuff abide these laws?? No they don’t. But the reason that I’m leaving this review tonite is because I had 10 missing items from my order.. 10!!!! Like they didn’t even try!!! Customer only offered a refund after having to wait 30 mins to be connected. Their customer service, quality of food and overall experience has gone down tremendously since they been in Richmond, Virginia. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. DoorDash or Instacart is the better option.
