Second time purchasing from Gorchic and I will continue to recommend and promote them! The customer service is amazing, they get back to me within 24 hours or less, they send the quality inspection video and photos of what I purchased (PLUS sent bonus gifts)! The bag is gorgeous and the wallet is exactly what I was looking for to match! This will be my go-to shop from now on! Thank you Gorchic!

Sooo I excited to receive my bags! I had to contact customer support to make sure I wrote my address correctly and they were so friendly and so quick to reply! Great costumer support and I’m sure the bags will be just as wonderful

I have made several purchases from Gorchic. Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Tiffany, they have all been perfect and so beautiful. I thought I would try the Marc Jacobs Tote Bag. Unfortunately I felt there were a couple flaws that were too noticeableto ignore. I contacted customer support and provided pictures with details of my concerns. They expressed how sorry they were that I was not happy with the purchase and offered me a new bag of my choice at the same cost. I went with another LV and it just came in and is beautiful! I appreciate the excellent customer service I received. They responded to every single email and were very helpful and apologetic. I have zero complaints and will continue to support this company!

First, I want to say that I got a beautiful, high quality bag that is worth every penny of the price. Gorchic’s customer service was awesome despite the fact that my initial order wasn’t delivered (due to the fact that my house number wasn’t on the address slip). It took some time to communicate (they are in China and it takes time for them to respond) but they issued a reshipment and it got here within 7 days. I ordered a Gucci bag and it was worth every bit of the loops I jumped to get it. I admit that I got a little frustrated, especially when I had to try and contact the logistics company to try to have my initial order redelivered and they ghosted me and the bag ended up going back to Gorchic. I was only able to get one person to respond to my emails (the phone number for customer service is Canadian and it doesn’t work). They told me they were looking into it and then they ghosted me. So I had to contact Gorchic again to ask for a reshipment. They immediately reissued one.

Remember folks, be patient because they are in another country, across the pond. It takes time so be patient and they will help you out.

I’ve seen a review from Alejandro from about 2 days ago. The same thing happened to me. I was at the checkout when they suddenly added a 40% VIP discount code. I filled in my card details and it said transaction failed twice which is unusual. My bank sent me a text message of ‘suspected fraud’ asking me to approve the transaction of an amount of $2,773.58 ???? If my bank did not alert me this huge amount would have been deducted. That’s crazy to me. The YSL bag i added to the cart was only $273.52. I am highly disappointed as I wanted the bag for my birthday. I already filled in my card details so I might need to request a new card. Be careful guys !!!

I was hesitant when I first placed my order since it would be my first. My experience was great received my orders on a timely basis and they kept me updated on all my orders with tracking numbers and shipment updates. The quality of the products I ordered were excellent. I highly recommend them!
