Our flight was delayed, meaning we arrived after hours, but the team handled this seamlessly by ensuring a new location was arranged and clearly communicated back to us. Check-in was quick and straightforward, the return process was just as easy, and the overall service was first class. Great value for money and truly excellent customer service throughout.

Would have given 5 stars for customer…
Would have given 5 stars for customer service and clean car but do not take vehicle back without filling tank. They charge an exorbitant fee of $35 just to do this if tank not full. And this was a HYBRID. Most companies add a few cents to every litre which is understandable, the BP service station at ZQN airport is currently vertually obscured by construction work and after driving round several times gave up. Back to Hertz!

Staff and driver at GoRental are awesome
Staff at reception are friendly, warm and welcoming. The process is easy, straight forward and fast. The driver, Brent is awesome, easy to talk to and gave me the royal treatment by dropping me at the door of the Novotel Auckland Airport and helped me with my luggage. Smooth & Stress-Free Car Rental Experience in Queenstown
Had a great experience with GO Rentals during my 5-day hire in Queenstown. Rented a black Toyota Corolla Hatch and the vehicle quality was excellent, clean, smooth to drive, and well maintained.
Special thanks to Renee at pickup for being super friendly and helpful, and the drop-off process was equally smooth. Really appreciated that there were no unnecessary issues or “gotchas” around pre/post pickup scratches or damage checks, which made the whole experience stress-free.
Overall, a very professional and seamless rental experience. Would definitely use GO Rentals again in New Zealand!
