I have recently been for a weekend in Harrogate

I have recently been for a weekend in Harrogate with Go Singles and can only echo what Kim has said.
I would definitely not use this company again.
They blamed COVID.19 etc but as I have been away a couple of times in hotels with Covid.19 Restrictions in place ....this was not the reason. It was a total shambles.
Having your breakfast in your bedroom on your own is not the idea of a singles holiday !!!!
I have wrote to them for a refund but despite 4 emails etc none has been forthcoming only 25.00 off another holiday with them.
This was my first experience with a singles holiday. I only hope other soli holidays are not the same.

My experience of the company following weekend in Harrowgate

My experience of the company following a recent singles weekend is that they are unorganised and unprofessional. I fully understand that Covid restrictions resulted in some changes to the programme and some of the hotel services however it was quite clear that no alternative plans had been made and very little communication had taken place between Gosingles and the hotel both of which I would have thought were priority actions given the situation. Our Rep à very friendly lady was clearly out of her depth and at a loss as how to handle the problems we were faced with. Gosingles refuse to reimburse us for the lower grade of rooms, poor service and meals the hotel supplied. I would not recommend this company.

Absolutely awful...

Absolutely awful.... Customer service is awful. Especially with the virus. Saying no to a refund. Fighting for a refund.
Then at last got it.

I have been on many singles holidays…

I have been on many singles holidays over the years and some companies have ripped me off by over charging for average holidays. I recently went on an all inclusive holiday with GoSingles to Tenerife for £599 for 7 nights and so far this has been the lowest priced singles holiday I have ever been and excellent value for money. Some companies charge extortionate price to go on their singles holiday but whilst comparing I found GoSingles £300 to £400 cheaper than other companies so now there is an alternative go with GoSingles.

Fab India with Go Single !!

I choose Go Singles for India Golden Triangle tours after considering same holiday with another operator whom I had dealt with in the past, but they were approximately £800 dearer for the same holiday. Booking process and communication was exceptional and on arrival in Delhi, our guide met the group at the airport and stayed with us throughout the tour. The hotels were good, and we had excellent local guides in Delhi, Agra, Japiur and Pushkar. Beware of the roads and traffic It was a little scary at times. For India Golden triangle tour Go Singles is your best option and I’m planning Cuba with them not only for the price but for their service too.

Problems with GoSingles resolved to satisfaction.

I have left two previous reviews based on lack of resolution and trust. Since that time I have been contacted by the Director of GoSingles and he has explained what went wrong and has given me a full refund. The issues with TTA have apparently been resolved and they now state they are still members of TTA and therefore ATOL protected. 4 stars for the fast resolution and the full refund which went into my bank within 24 hours. I would suggest when booking, first port of call will be to ensure an ATOL certificate is issued upon payment and if it isn’t contact GoSingles. If you don’t get your ATOL certificate contact Trusted Travel Association.

No travel protection - avoid

I called the travel association yesterday and this companies protection and bonding has been cancelled. GoSingles still advertise full protection on their website, more lies.

Avoid at all costs .

steer clear of gosingles they have no ethics or morals ,

I booked a holiday with gosingles to Tenerife ,in December to find when we arrived at the hotel that there was only
three of us ,had we been given the choice we would had cancelled the holiday ,
Gosingles should have notified us of the numbers ,at least to have cancelled the holiday or gave us alternate dates,
our rep could not understand our plight,
Steer clear of gosingles there ethics are questable

I have booked Splendours of Morocco and…I have concerns

I have booked Splendours of Morocco and after reading reviews I have had some concerns. GoSingles are a member of Travel Trust Association and I got in touch with the TTA. TTA said that GoSingles should still issue an ATOL Certificate as soon as I paid my money. I paid the full amount as soon as I booked and I have not received an ATOL certificate yet. I have spoken to GoSingles and I understand that the holiday is dependant on numbers and they need another two persons. They said I should be informed in January if the holiday is going to go ahead. So my star rating is purely based on the lack of ATOL certificate which should be issued for customer peace of mind which i haven’t got yet. If the holiday is cancelled and my money is immediately refunded or the holiday goes ahead, then I will review the star rating.

Pleasant surprise!

I read some bad reviews on Trip advisor on this company,
I had already booked my holiday with them to Cuba, and paid the full amount
I go rattled, so asked for a refund. The lady I spoke to said she would have to check with her manager. Stalling tactics I thought...
This morning I rang them back and was told I would get a full refund.

I was so pleasantly surprised.
OK they haven’t been in business long. But if there reviews improve, and I read about experiences like mine, I will book with them next year.

False claims of past customer reviews and protection of monies

False claims for a new company only established in companies house in summer 2019. Is an ex director of Solitair holidays. Their claims of 'guests love us' and nice reviews and pictures cannot be true. I have received email marketing from this company having never registered with them, i had registered with Solitair. Where did GoSingles get my email address? I will report to the Ofcom. The holidays maybe cheap, but i will avoid.

They have no ATOL protection when I enquired with CAA in August 2019. I have spoken to the Travel Trust assoc and they cancelled their membership in December 2019 - the company has no protection as of January 2020.

This company does not have 20 years…

This company does not have 20 years experience. Only set up this year by the guy who used to run Solitair Holidays.

Strange experience with this company

Beware - This appears to be a new singles company set up in October 2019 when I checked on companies house it is owned by the ex Solitair Director.

As of November 2019 when I checked a holiday with this company- I am not sure what protection and when I asked for a quote they said it was protected by Easyjet flights. They couldn’t give me flight details , really bad service. I will avoid this company

They since reported by review and said it was incorrect . Today - 8 January , I called the Travel Trust and they told me the license was cancelled before Christmas. Therefore my review is correct regarding the holiday booking experience I had.
