Thank you for your comments regarding our returns policy.

We would like to clarify that our returns process provides customers with a total of 30 days from the date of delivery to complete a return. The policy is divided into two stages:

Customers have 15 days from delivery to notify us of their intention to return any unused goods.
Once the return request has been submitted and approved, customers then have a further 15 days to send the goods back to us.

This means customers effectively have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to complete the return process, provided they notify us within the initial 15-day period.

The purpose of the notification period is to allow us to register the return, provide the appropriate return instructions, and ensure the process is handled efficiently. This approach is commonly used by many suppliers and retailers to manage returns effectively.

We appreciate that some suppliers may allow returns to be initiated at any point within a 30-day period. However, our policy still provides a full 30-day timeframe for returns and is clearly stated within our terms and conditions prior to purchase.

Dear Neil,

Thank you for your message. I understand your frustration regarding the delivery experience.

I have reviewed the tracking information, and the courier attempted delivery on three separate occasions. Unfortunately, on each attempt there was no one available at the address to receive the parcel. As stated on the order and shipping information, this particular service requires a signature upon delivery, and the driver is unable to leave the parcel unattended or in a safe place without obtaining a signature from the recipient.

While delivery instructions were provided, the courier is still required to follow the service requirements and cannot override the signature requirement. As a result, after multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel is being returned to us by the courier.

Once the returned parcel has been received back at our warehouse and processed, a refund will be issued in accordance with our returns procedure. Please note that refunds can only be processed after the item has physically been returned to us by the delivery company.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the delivery service and are sorry that this order could not be completed successfully. If you decide to place an order with us again in the future, we would recommend using an address where someone is available to sign for the delivery during the expected delivery window.
