Payed $10 extra to self play (which is crap imo) then was purposefully killed 2 times. It legit takes more effort to get onto someones account and play it than let them play it yet you charge more AND THEN YOU RATS PURPOSEFULLY RUIN THE EXPERIENCE FOR PEOPLE. As a seller myself I understand why in most cases you might do this, but I would never charge extra for it then kill them anyway especially when they are one of the top damage and doing mechanics.

Hello. First of all, if you're a seller yourself, than you must understand why there's a Selfplay fee.
Here's why:
1) Guilds / boosters charge more for Selfplay services
2) Services get harder to execute
Which means, that sometimes (aka Mythic raid or hard Heroic bosses) customers might be asked to stay afk and die, rather than waste his and boosters time finding out that you can or can not execute certain deadly mechanics, that might lead to a raid wipe. We save each others time.
Very easy and great service.
I bought 2 runs from them so far. It's much easier than I thought it would be. After you buy the run, they send you an invite to your character. You don't even need to run to the dungeon, they always summon you. All the players are very experienced, watching them you can see they've done all the dungeons many times and know every detail of it. If they get an item you can use, they immediately give it to you. I'm very satisfied with it.

The bosses all died quickly and invites…
The bosses all died quickly and invites were prompt but there was a mix up with grouping on the first 2 bosses. After I brought it up it was quickly fixed

Was suppose to recieve 9/9 heroic run
Was suppose to recieve 9/9 heroic run. Only got 8/9. And was told i would get the first boss that I missed when it resets, but have yet to get that. I can look at my achievements and still missing the first boss.

That boss should have been killed right after Jaina is dead. Raid was supposed to be resetted.
Probably raid leader forgot about you, it happens, Im sorry.
Neither of gplay.pro team was told you missed that boss.
Situations like that can always be fixed so easily if informed.
