Customer service is great
Customer service is great, professional, although the prices seem a tad high near the end of gearing, an idea of mine would be to integrate a tier system maybe? Based on purchases from returning customers or say someone with high item levels could maybe pay a tad less because they can contribute more and said people don't need to be carried as hard. IDK just some thoughts but overall a great place to go and ill continue to visit time and time again.

Paid more, got nothing. Don't use them
they advertised Want more loot? You able to buy additional (X1 / X2 / X3) player's to increase the quantity of loot you will get.(that is copied and pasted from their site) Paid more money, GOT NO LOOT, AT ALL. They say Mythic+ 10 Run. Timed run is not guaranteed by default, but don't tell you loot is not guaranteed. Why else would you pay for it??? They say that they're all about making the customer happy until you have a problem. I just wanted my moneys worth. its not like it would have costed them anything to give me the loot I paid for (It's not even REAL!!!) What would it have taken to make it right. Don't use these people, I wish I never did. By the way, How many of the previous raitings do you think came from their employees and friends???

1) Loot is not guaranteed in Mythic+ run. There's not a single line of text saying that
2) Make it right means do "infinite" amount of m+ runs to get you items you want
3) Every service is being paid to the guilds/teams. I can't pull that off from my own pocket, just because you want it.
