I’m happy with my electric stove
I’m happy with my electric stove. It looks good and it warms my room up well. The only slightly disappointing thing is that the flames don’t look as realistic as I’d hoped - they’re all on the back panel and the colour changes from orange to a less believable red within a few minutes. But generally it’s solid, works well and I’m happy with it.

media wall
Ordered a media wall . It was out of stock, but was given a date for when it was available . I was kept informed by Gr8 fires and it was available on the date they said . Great service.
The media wall was easy enough to assemble. It comes in four parcels which you have to work out of them all at the same time. So you do need alot of space to get them all out in. The only downside was the valspar paint didn't adhere to the surface, so I had to sand it down and prime it .

Great communication throughout the order. The delivery service was excellent and delivered on the exact day. The fret is beautiful, I needed a replacement but didn't need a brass fret, the black and brass looks very elegant. Iam so pleased with the company Gr8fires and would definitely recommend them to family and friends. The price was very affordable and the fret was packed excellently. Thank you

The package was good
The package was good, but unfortunately the carriers were very poor & the package was upside down in the lorry, hence managed to break the glass of the fire. anyway i got on the phone to a very nice lady & within mins she had it sorted out & a new piece of glass was on its way to us.

It looks great!
Great that the fireplace was already assembled and that sold it for me! But also because it looks great and looks exactly like the picture. The delivery service was ok despite delivery being free but I would’ve paid for the courier to deliver to my living room! It was strapped on a pallet outside the door of my sheltered housing building and because of my mobility problems, I had to get someone to cut the strapping and push the 25kg box to my flat! Then dispose of the pallet!

Crystals missing but one email and all sorted
Crystals were missing but now in their way. Website had not updated when I ordered so they aren’t actually included with this model Well packed. Delivery was when I was told. Very happy with it.
