They use a terrible courier company, took weeks to deliver, then when it was supposed to be delivered they didn't drop it off after saying they would, then they rescheduled twice more adding more weeks to the delivery, had to cancel yesterday and still waiting for a refund

Love our fire and it looks lovely but…
Love our fire and it looks lovely but unfortunately the stepper motor broke which caused a clicking noise. This is a real headache to change. I was told it was just under the fire bed but found out today it was on the back of the fire which is recessed and was a nightmare to locate. Full fire needed stripping. Customer service was good and helpful but did get told different things by different people. Beautiful fire until there's a problem!!

Poor service from the start to finish
Only 1 item delivered, fire went missing, fire then got delivered a week later outside of the hours I was told and on delivery and inspecting the fire it was smashed
I then had to do all the ringing around to get a refund.
Just really poor after sales and a company I will never be using again.
