I am absolutely happy with the new windows recently installed in my property. The quality of the windows is outstanding, making a significant difference in both soundproofing and insulation. The team was punctual, professional, and completed the job on time, exactly as promised. Additionally, they have exceptional customer service - from the initial consultation to the final installation, they kept me informed at every stage and were always available to answer my questions. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, and top-quality windows.

Grabex were recommended by our builder, and they really delivered. Very professional and responsive in the design phase (thank you, Greg!). Detailed measurements were taken swiftly and different options for our aluminium doors towards our back garden were presented (incl. examples of recent installations), and when I wanted to make some changes after the measurements were taken that was no problem. Throughout the process they kept us up to date with clear communication and always reachable. The doors were delivered ahead of time and installation was smooth, by their friendly team. Really pleasant experience throughout, I can only recommend Grabex.

Be very careful when dealing with these guys. Original installation date was meant to be 18th April. This was then delayed a few times supposedly due to their glass supplier providing them with the wrong windows, and on 23 July they came on site to install the windows. Guess what? They installed the entire frames but windows didn’t fit!
this finally installed 2nd August.
Have left me to pick up the cost of 11 days of scaffolding rental (was meant to be a 1 day job), call out to fix the alarm system and the builders labour because they can’t manage their supply chain appropriately. You would think given their supplier gave them the wrong glass once they would check before coming to do the install.

Grabex put 3 UPVC windows into a London property of mine. I found the company professional in their approach and responsive to any points I raised. The result was very pleasing. I would definitely employ them again.

Grabex sell and install excellent products. We had our kitchen sliding doors installed nearly 10 years ago and they still provide fantastic customer service. Mario visited recently to check our doors and was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The doors still look great and function perfectly. I recommend them without reservation.

We replaced all of the old wooden sash windows in our house with new ones. Greg (sales team) clearly explained the options, the surveyor (Lukas) was very clear when explaining the installation process. We received regular updates during the manufacturing, and then the installation was completed extremely quickly and professionally by Patryk and his team. We're very happy with the results.

Terrible. Not recommended. Left huge holes around the installation, doesn’t meet specification for width, window height etc, fixed window is a “dummy”, which apparently “everyone” knows is a real window which is then screwed shut with cheap screws from inside the remaining fixtures, fittings are ugly and not shown on spec, silicon sealant clearly visible around door and window fitting - protrudes beyond in many cases - so simply left sitting on the wall, because everyone wants to see silicon gel, colours don’t match, paint gloss doesn’t match (apparently you have to know the percentage of gloss to do this).

First complaint resulted in a visit. Constructive engagement on visit. But no answers. Then referred to a more senior person - who stonewalled - simply refused to do anything or answer - until the day after this review was first published (to complain about the name of one of their team that I included).

I will update this review again should Grabex be willing to deal with the issues caused. So far, I only have emails.

Overall very satisfied. The installation process was very quick and smooth, they had to come back to finish some bits that they missed but I did a last minute change and they managed to do it very smoothly and without charging me.
During the process of choosing the windows prior to being made was a bit difficult the communication if I have to be honest but overall the final service was delivered good and good quality too.

I recently had cause to use the Aftercare Service offered by Grabex Windows. The team were very professional, efficient and friendly. An excellent product maintained by an excellent Aftercare Service.

Excellent service throughout our installation. Peter, Lukas, Mario, Piotr, Martin, Amir, Peter and Matt and all the back office team worked really hard to make a large and tricky installation seem easy. Great post installation service to iron out inevitable niggles. After trying many other companies Grabex was the only one that could achieve what we really wanted. The resulting glazing has made our house look stunning. Recommended.

Arrived when they said they would to measure up and then fit ( which was not my experience of others ) Kept fully informed of progress of the manufacture after I had ordered Fitters were respectful and tidy in the property. Did not leave until they were sure I was happy with the results

Grabex are one of the best companies I have ever had to deal with. Firstly their products are superb but potentially more important, is their customer and installation service.
We bought a house in spring 2023 and after moving in we realised that our balcony was leaking into our kitchen below. After months of investigation I opted to change the design of the balcony doors in the hope that this along with a new fitting would solve the issue.
The quote and handling of the design was very very good and reasonable, I explained that the existing doors had a serious issue that was causing extensive damage to the property. This info was escalated extremely quickly, I had several calls and emails confirming details, survey was booked extremely quickly and an expert came out to measure and investigate.
Due to personal circumstances and the damage that was getting caused each time it rained, the Grabex team expedited the fitting, calling and emailing at every stage up until confirmation of the fitting date.
When you are parting with thousands in cash for doors/windows you want to trust the company you are dealing with and you do not need to worry with Grabex, these guys are the BEST.
I took a day off work to be around for the install to make sure all the contractors knew how important the fitting was - with the issues we had been having. There was no need, every contractor on site knew the backstory and issues with the existing doors. I honestly could have left my keys under the door mat for them to let themselves in.
