Standardly, I’d be quite reluctant to put such a high rating for a supplier as I understand that all engagements/ projects come with challenges.
But Grabex has truly been a pleasure to work with, making a very large job that we’ve had a number of issues with previously (companies going bust, suppliers not properly securing the window frames during transit etc) such a seamless and positive experience.
From the initial discussions and showroom viewing with Arkadiusz, who was both informative and very helpful in making final decisions, through to the final fitting with the onsite team of Patryk and John, with Mario as an additional supporting hand.

Matt helped with all logistics in between and offered us earlier delivery dates where possible, some flexibility with payment and was very responsive with any small enquiries that we had. Matt was key in ensuring we stayed appraised if any changes/ updates were necessary which really put our mind as ease.

The onsite team of Patryk and John were professional, very tidy, precise and detail oriented at every step and even offered advice and guidance on other elements of our project. The execution of there work was excellent, resulting in a beautiful finish on the house. Alongside Patryk and John, we had the pleasure of working with Mario, who oversaw the customer interaction onsite and any follow up needed. Mario was very helpful in providing recommendations, fixes where necessary and loading with the factory on a specific item replacement.

Even with such a seamless experience, we did have a couple of small fixes/ replacements needed, and the team was very proactive with getting this done. We had one window lock that came from the factory faulty, and within a matter of 2/3 days, Mario had arranged a replacement and re-fitting to ensure everything was complete for us.

The overall experience was so good that only a week after our windows were fitted and complete, we chose to proceed with Grabex for our roof skylights (when we did have another vendor that was slightly cheaper, but working with Grabex gave us all of the reassurance we needed, so we chose to pay a little more for their expertise) and specifically requested the same team of Patryk, John and Mario to be involved to complete this fitting.

The skylight installation (which happened 3 weeks later) was also a large and complex job and with a lot of muscle strength, the team had this completed in one single day, again, a really great job and a beautiful finish.

Overall, Grabex made this experience incredibly easy after the several challenges we faced, and I would 100% recommend them for future projects, and would definitely work with them again. Thank you to the whole team!

Great Workers and very tidy. Windows were fitted in two days. Lovey gentlemen who just got on with their job. Left one room cleaner than when they started. One tile was cracked in bathroom and as I had a spare the guy fitted it and you wouldnt know it had been changed. Very impressed with company and very good price.

We used Grabex for all the windows in our full home refurbishment. This included timber sash windows, UPVC sash windows, standard UPVC windows and aluminium sliding doors, hinged doors, skylights and windows.

It was a huge job and – although it is still early days! – I am very pleased with the result. There were a few minor incidents (as is expected), but the Grabex team (led by Patryk and Mario) were responsive and resolved everything in a timely and professional manner.

My overall experience was great, from sales (Marta) to operational support (Matt) and installation. I would certainly recommend, as their product is of high quality and competitively priced.

After contacting Grabex regarding some replacement sliding doors and a glass roof they sent a sales manager to our house to review the project and provide options and a quotation. He was extremely helpful. We were able to view the products at one of their show rooms. Installation was performed efficiently with a team that worked very hard, were courteous and cleaned up well afterwards. The products they have installed are good quality and exceeded our expectations

All the staff I met - consultant, surveyor and installers - were polite, competent and efficient. There was no hard sell and I was given accurate information. Delivery time was much shorter than some other companies. The product looks well made and installation was fast and as unobtrusive as possible.

Grabex are an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We have used them for the replacement of all of our upstairs windows, and will be doing the same downstairs and when we eventually do our extension, and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

The product is great, but what really sets them apart is the people and the service that they provide. Every person that we have dealt with has been fantastic, but a special thanks goes to Matt for going above and beyond in ensuring that everything from installation to aftercare runs as quickly and as smoothly as possible, and for making us feel like we are truly valued customers every time we speak.

Great customer support. After contacting Grabex for a potential issue with our windows during the warranty period, they sent an engineer to check within a day. Mario was super kind and went out of his way to help resolving what turned out not to be a problem with the windows in the first place. Great customer support!

This is the third time we have used Grabex windows and the second time they have done the installation. From the survey to fitting the windows the communication is excellent, every person visiting has been fantastic. We just had 8 more windows fitted, the team were efficient, punctual and didn’t leave a mess anywhere. So impressed with this company. They identified a small scratch on the windows, new glass was organised same day and fitted within a week. Really outstanding service

From the start everyone we dealt with was helpful polite and constructive. Our builder had recommended using Grabex after they had been impressed with the quality of their work on a previous site. We were not disappointed! The work has led to our friends asking where we had gotten our new French doors.

Grabex installed 3 windows for me a couple of years ago. I had some issues recently with one and contacted them and Mario came to service them and explain the issue to me and they’re hopefully back in good working order! Very helpful over email and in person- recommend !

Some 18 months after installation there were one or two minor issues with our double glazing and bifold doors. Everything was attended to immediately by the Grabex after-sales team and resolved without question - thank you!

Grabex staff - from the office and showroom to the surveyor and the installation team - were friendly, efficient and professional. Our windows were ready sooner than expected so the installation date was brought forward, and they look great! The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that we had an issue with communication when a staff member was on leave, but this was resolved quickly and efficiently when they returned to work, with profuse apologies. They were a pleasure to work with, would definitely recommend.
