Grace Karin is my go to shop now for all special occasions. I have an unusual body shape where my torso is shorter, however I'm tall with long legs. It's very difficult for me to find anything that would fit nicely with the appropriate length. Grace Karin has made my life so much easier as I know that regardless of what I buy I know that the piece will contour my body shape perfectly without any loose fabric. I am very satisfied and extremely happy about every single piece of Grace Karin that I own.

Their dresses fit me like a glove
Their dresses fit me like a glove. I have received more compliments on their clothes than any other brand. Only down side, be sure to triple check your order. As they don’t do returns. I ordered a shirt in 2 different colors and when they arrived they were 2 of the same color. I checked my order details and it was a mistake. Unfortunately they don’t do returns. So I was stuck with 2 identical shirts.

I love the blouse iordered from Amazon. I did not however appreciate that it was sent in a clear plastic zip bag. Blouse is beautiful and nice quality. I do question the way it was shipped to me. That's just wrong.

Feel like I have to write due to so many negatives! Ordered from UK. Dresses arrived within a week and as described. Good quality material. Only slight negative is they are slightly large for size.

I ordered a dress in 2 different sizes because the site says they have free returns. What I got was 2 identical dresses of the same size in a package shipped from California. I tried multiple times to return the 2nd dress and got the run around over and over again. They finally said I could pay to ship the duplicate dress back to Hong Kong on my dime. Customer service is abysmal. There are no free returns. Buy somewhere else

Nothing but a Scam!
I placed an order on March 4 with expedited shipping and have heard absolutely NOTHING from the company. No tracking, no response to my several emails to support, nothing. They just take your money and run. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. And if I get a response from Grace Karin here telling me to email the Grace Karin support email, I ALREADY DID AND YOU NEVER REPLIED.

Should have never ordered
I ordered my clothes and it's been charged to my credit card. I order Jan 27th or 28th 2022. I paid for to 14 days to be delivered. I tried writing them to see where my clothes are. Have not heard a thing from them. Now reading reviews I probably just got ripped off for all my stuff they don't even have a phone number.

Three months and one week later my dress was just delivered to my door.
I reached out on Facebook to the company through instant messenger A couple of months ago. Nobody responded just like the emails. A few days ago out of nowhere I got a instant message and I thought I was being scammed yet again… However, the situation was dealt with finally and they got my dress here in four days with an apology. I was told the reason they never responded to me was because all of the emails that I sent went into their junk mail folder. ( still not sure why they didn’t send me the item I paid for months ago in the first place )
I feel strongly because I posted this review here that they finally reached out to me….. I suggest anyone with an issue with this company should go to their Facebook page and instant Message them your Issue. It might take a couple of months for them to get back to you but at least someone finally handled this situation. If I hadn’t been persistent I am convinced I would have never received the dress that I paid for. The dress actually is very nice ! I’ll give them that but the whole situation was stressful and ridiculous.
On November 11, 2022 I placed an online order with Grace Karin directly from their website. I purchased a coat and a dress. I paid for expedient shipping as I wanted the dress for a Christmas party. Several weeks went by and I received an email on December 5th that one of my items was just shipped which was the coat. The quality of the coat was very poor when I received it 2 months after ordering it ( $ 16.99 expedient shipping… I guess they shipped it from Mars ) I started trying to contact the company a couple weeks after that regarding my dress. I have sent multiple emails and never have received a reply. I paid for a dress which I never received in American funds charged to my credit card. As far as I’m concerned they stole from me. They took payment and never delivered the product. What really frustrates me is that not once have my emails been acknowledged ….It’s a total scam. I still receive emails from them about products on sale….It’s so frustrating and dishonest!

I would give zero stars if it was possible. I ordered a coat in Dec. I’ve have my order email and that’s it. I’ve emailed the company twice and reached out twice on their online support. Nothing. Please don’t order from them, you may get nothing.
