Unfortunately the 8-15 business days is much longer in reality. They didn’t even dispatch my order until 7 days after my order. It’s now been stuck in the same place on the tracking for 6 days. Missed the event I needed the outfit for. Can’t comment on the quality because I still don’t have it.

I ordered a shrug online. The order arrived quickly which was great. However the item did not fit me but there were no return details included. I contacted the web site via email to ask for advice about how I could return and a refund for the item - no reply received.

Good customer service just slow delivery. Disappointed once i paid in USD to find the conversion rate was charged and was taken out in HK currency. I find it therefore pricey for Chinese clothes which i can get the same on Shein to be fair for the same quality. Would of liked more structure to the dress but non the less still very pretty.

A few months ago, I ordered an A-line, sleeveless vintage style dress. I carefully looked over the fabric and found that it had been measures and sewn well; also, the fabric was a suitable cotton that would withstand delicate, maybe even normal wash cycles. The fit was fabulous, making my size 8, "mom look" appear properly curved and appealing. so this week i bought a few blouses. I expected them to fit properly but i needed something with a longer coverage in the back because I have to work over my head, make presentations, etc. I received my blouses in 3 business days (amazon prime). Again, i was thrilled when i found that the shape of the blouses is flattering and the extra length ( i ordered large instead of medium) suited my needs. I'll take it to a tailor to bring in the sides and maybe adjust the sleeve length.
Everything I've purchased from this brand has been above average experience from all of my other clothing purchases at this price point (including in-store purchases). It's not Nordstrom but it's class and style that I can afford. I'm very pleased. The cut, fit, style truly flatter me. The dress is still a timeless piece even after regular use. I look forward to adding more pieces. It's so refreshing to find a brand that I can afford and makes me look beautiful.

This has to be an all time low. This is the worst thing that I have ever received from anywhere on the planet. Then they say due to hygiene issues, we cannot accept returns or give refunds on dresses. Really? This is a scam and I just lost money. Never ever again will I ever shop with this seemingly fraudulent company. You have been warned!

I received a different item than what I ordered. The company will not respond to my emails about it.

This is an update on my review. I still would not recommend this site. I ordered items a month ago that were finally sent yesterday. I sent them emails to which they responded after three weeks, telling me that one of my items would not be sent (I still haven't received my refund from the cancelled item). At this point in time, I'm so sick of the whole business that I can safely say that the clothes won't be worth it. When I ordered from Boohoo, I got everything I wanted within 10 days. Not 10 working days: just 10 days. I had to return one item and it was really easy to do so. Also, the clothes looked almost like the ones on the webpage, which is not always the case with online shopping.

I ordered two shirts back in early January. I finally received them on Saturday, March 7th. The shirts are cheap, the stitching is showing all around the neck, wrist and waste. One shirt has a tag and one shirt doesn't. On the website, the shirts are cotton, I received cheap nylon material. I ordered the same shirt in different colors. I contacted the customer service by email because the website is no longer up and running. What a load of crap!!

SCAM!!! Order never showed up, now website no longer exists. Just lost $45.00 😡

This is a very poor company in my opinion.I ordered a shirt over a month ago and have still not received it. I tried to contact the company but their website is no longer there. Looks like I can kiss my 30 dollars goodbye. Big lesson learned.....

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with online shopping! It’s been over a month and still none of my items have arrived. One item shipped two weeks ago supposedly and still haven’t seen it. I contacted customer support twice, and still have not had my issues resolved. I asked for a refund and cancellation of my order, and I was offered 10% off my next purchase- what a joke! The clothes I ordered will probably never get here, and I’m upset that I trusted this company- do not make the same mistake!!!!

Total FRAID! Do not order anything from these scammers. The clothing they send you does not even resemble the photos on the website. Getting a refund is impossible.

My order took three weeks to arrive. The three shirts I ordered are not what was shown on their website! Very disappointed! Don't waste your money. Total junk!!!

Clothes Are Not as Advertised!

I bought two shirts that were advertised as really cool looking sweatshirts. The shirts I received looked absolutely nothing like the shirts pictured on the website. They were made of cheap t shirt material and looked like they were sewn by a child. I reached out to the company to get a refund and never heard back.

I truly felt scammed by this company.

Coming from CHINA, I should’ve known better. The shirts I ordered looked like thin sweatshirt/sweater material. The shirts I RECEIVED looked like Halloween outfits. Or dri-fit workout rejects from Pretty Woman. When you ask them why they aren’t accurately representing what they’re selling, they accuse you of not being an actual customer. They also barely speak English. 🙄

I love this website, the customer service is good, at least i can get my parcel on time and the quality is good

Ive never bought anything from here so Im a bit bothered about getting emails for womens clothing.

Somehing seems rather suspect and going the negative comment plus reading the positive it would appear many of those positive comments are from people either lucky or paid to do reviews.
Paid reviews follow a cerain script and I see it on many of the positive

Such a pleasant shopping experience! Nice layout, good products, decent price, great customer service. They make sure that my purchase is well-taken care of!
