At Grade Potential, we believe the most impactful learning doesn’t need to happen through a screen. It happens face-to-face. It’s not just our preference, it’s the foundation of how we work with students and families every day. We focus on in-person tutoring because we’ve seen what happens when students build real relationships with the people helping them. We match each learner with a local, vetted educator who meets with them at home or at a location that works for the family. It’s familiar, consistent, and built for sustainable progress. We know every family’s needs are different. That’s why we offer virtual sessions when needed, especially for students in rural areas, with inconsistent home time, or who simply prefer learning online. But our model is intentionally built around real-life connection and in-person support because those elements tend to lead to stronger outcomes over time. Whether the subject is elementary reading or graduate-level writing, we help families find the right tutor for their needs, their pace, and their goals. And from first outreach to final session, we handle the logistics, the communication, and the follow-through, so the focus stays where it should: on consistent, high-quality learning.

DONT DO IT, PARENTS BEWARE
Tried for over two months to get a Tutor. The first Tutor came and told us that she wasn't sure why they put her on Lily's case because English is her third language. lol. She was nice so we were going to try it. Comes time for her actual session and the tutor had to cancel right before first session due to sickness. Company didnt have backup. I Requested new tutor. Took 2 weeks , got tutor scheduled. Meanwhile they lied to their worker and said I didn't like her! I was appalled. NO my daughter needs tutoring I don't have time to wait for bronchitis . New tutor - 1 day before scheduled session tutor tells me it don't work for her no more with her schedule. Requested new tutor- still waiting 3 weeks later . They have no problem taking your money but will give u the loopty loop to actually get a session. Tutor hero and grade point tutoring is the same company! Don't be fooled! Get your kid better help like I wish I had!

PROBLEMATIC TUTORIAL AGENCY …
If there were more positive involvement or any involvement with Corporate and Administrative Personnel ( regarding consistency of tutors from poor managerial relations with tutors and less payment issues with tutors and no problem solving skills with Customer Service Personnel ) - Grade Potential Tutorial Agency would be .. a more solidified organization !
They have a ONE WAY CONTRACT -- which ( only ) benefits the UPPER LEVEL PERSONNEL of the AGENCY !
TOO MANY PROBLEMS in the company and cannot be resolved - overnight.
In the meantime - the students and family members and tutors suffer (-throughout ) !

Isabella has been absolutely amazing
Isabella has been absolutely amazing! My daughter Mia genuinely enjoys working with her, which says a lot. She’s patient, engaging, and really knows how to connect with kids in a way that makes learning feel comfortable and even fun.
Since starting tutoring, I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in Mia’s grades and confidence, especially in the areas she used to struggle with. Isabella takes the time to make sure Mia truly understands the material instead of just rushing through it.
I’m so grateful we found her. She’s made such a positive impact, and I highly recommend her to any parent looking for a tutor who truly cares and gets results!
A great company for special needs
We've gone through quite a few tutors in a short time. My daughter is special needs, so it can be difficult. We've always had great communication and opportunities for feedback. We've had enormous success with our most recent tutors. And they've always managed to replace a tutor quickly when one can no longer teach her. The company takes a very proactive approach to business, which is wonderful.
Experience and convenience
