I've been buying cycling jerseys from granny gear for awhile now I'm always happy with the colours size is always perfect feels comfortable on an value for money is always good I'd rather from granny gear than the other expensive cycling sites, so I'm always happy with what I receive 👍😁

I really enjoy these cycling tops. They are good quality and hold up well. A few downsides- shipping takes a very long time. Also, little to no customer service. I recently needed to change something have emailed multiple times and have received zero response.

I think this company is a scam. No activity with any orders and absolutely zero response to any my emails, social media messages etc.
Don’t waste you money or your time. Shop elsewhere.

Great value for money. Super designs. Great quality. I have washed these tops numerous times with no fade, no bobbling or lose of structure. My husband always has positive comments when he wears one on his cycle rides. Will continue to purchase and recommend.

I would not buy anything of this company again after making the mistake of purchasing a cycle Jersey from them. When it finally arrived I was amazed at how rubbish it was made. Stitching under the arms was diabolical & had an overwhelming look & feel of a cheap Chinese effort! I can't even be bothered returning it for a refund because I'd have more chance of winning the lottery. I'd give them no stars if I could the rotten philistines. Stay well clear of these & purchase a well known brand you'll thank me for it.

I have placed an order end of March. Have send numerous emails but nobody is replying.
Is this company maby a scam?

I have been e mailing now for weeks I have still not received my order number 14773 a cycle top no reply to numerous e mails no top delivery. I DOUBT I will see my money back either do not use. SCAM would you care to comment Granny Gear and if not going to deliver tell me how I get a refund ??

Had exchange approved for a larger size and returned my item over a month ago. Have tried every contact means possible, but no reply. Likely forfeited the cost of postage to send it back but hopeful I can get a refund through PayPal for the shirt.

Wish I'd read reviews before placing order. No idea where my order is, no response from company!

I read the reviews AFTER purchasing and thought I'd waved goodbye to £32.99 BUT, I contacted them after not receiving a confirmation email and I got a very prompt, polite reply and the shirt turned up a few days later. No complaints here. Good quality and very communicative customer services. Thankyou!!

I was forced to put 1 star or I wouldn't be able to write this review. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE STORE!!!! I made the mistake of not reviewing the trust pilot first. If this company doesn't ship items in the first 7 days, you will not receive an update on your items and won't respond to the message. Why have a contact button? This is a waste of my money and time.

Order placed on 7 October. 31 days later (7 November) and it's not even been dispatched. They claim items are usually delivered in 10-15 business days (2-3 weeks), but at peak times can take 30 business days (6 weeks!). I don't think October is "peak period" for cycle clothes. This is a nonsense. Emailed them a week ago for an update. No-one responded. This is for a teenager. He'll have grown out of it before it arrives.

Two orders, two issues. First order the jerseys were damaged. Fair enough after a few weeks replacements arrived which were fine. Second order the wrong size jersey arrived and after two weeks of trying get the company to resolve this I've had no replies to emails. So I currently have a jersey in a bag that's cost money to sit in a bag on my dining table. Be wary, the designs may be decent, the quality is fair, but the delivery times long; the replies to emails even longer, if you ever get a reply. This is the downside to buying from a drop-shipper company.

I have tried to return an item which is of poor quality, used the online process to request a return and emailed 22 Aug 2 days ago but no reply.
The link listed below simply directs to the online return request process which I completed on the day of the delivery. The status is Approval Pending 24 Aug.?

Avoid like the plague, no contact no customer service or anyone give the f*k to reply. Shopfy website liked to Chinese site and the delivery takes a century! Yet to receive what I ordered. Don’t know how theee people can get away with it. Avoid.

No notifications of order being processed. No replies to on line customer contact form.

However.

Product arrived in time scale given and seems of good quality.

I ordered a shirt for my Son and id actually like the same one for myself and will order again through Granny Gear

Ive amended my original review because in hindsight it was unduly harsh.

Ordered a man’s cycling jersey. Checked the given measurements etc, it arrived 2-3 sizes smaller. The company will not respond to any emails about returning the jersey . It was £38.99, very annoyed. Will never use again!!

This is a con, you order off this company and then they order the shirts off aliexpress or similar in China at a fraction of the price you've paid, this is why it takes so long for delivery, thankfully I paid through PayPal and will ne getting my money back
