Made my first purchase from Grasscity recently and was very pleased with the entire experience. Simple online checkout process and amazingly low prices as a Grasscity member especially. The products I purchased all arrived well packaged and in a timely manner and every product I bought met or exceeded my expectations. I definitely highly recommend Grasscity! They are hands down the best online head shop you’ll find!

All of my items were as advertised and good quality! I had some shipping questions and customer service reached out quickly to notify me everything was still good and my package was in transit. I ordered everything may 12 and received it all within a week and I live in south west Florida. I will definitely be ordering again!

Great price and selection

I like the items sent they all get 5 stars. What I don’t like is, first my order was divided into three separate mailings without informing me. Second, the last item in that order has not been sent and again I have not received any notification of why or if you plan on actually sending it.

Aight straight up, this review should probably be 4 stars but imma give them 5 because the bong was legit AF, their customer service is good, and it was actually my email that was sending the order updates to my spam folder, and im a chill guy lol. So the quality of the bong is top knotch, not cheap glass like u might expect and the artwork is sick AF. My only real complaint is the shipping time. Like if u ordering this as an immediate replacement piece, go to ur local store and buy something cheap to use in the meantime because the ship time (at least for me) was a few weeks. However when i contacted them to follow up, customer service was chill and understanding and i then realized the order updates they were sending was being filtered to spam. So in actuality they do rightfully deserve 5 stars, just DHL slow AF. But piece is 1000% legit and i would defs buy again

Pipe came and it wasn’t the one I ordered, like complete different vibe. Then, as I was about to send in pictures to get a replacement/my money back, I accidentally dropped it from about 1 foot off the ground and it shattered into a million pieces 😭

Never, not one time was I left with any level of disappointment, no negative waves, or that bad taste in your mouth.. Great selection of high end glass from top quality company's at great prices.... the bong is good but the bowl dosnt fit pipe is good

Previously a 1 star review. These guys have made things right with me and have communicated the shipping issues well. I've now received my entire order and I will admit that the quality of these products for exceed my expectations. I would order again.

My order came on time and as described I'm glad I got the 420 sell and grab some great deals everything came as described and on time will shop again

I have had nothing but issued with my puffco peak pro 3dxl from 3 days after I bought it from Grasscity. Instead of just replacing or refunding me anything they have decided to do nothing to help me despite my case being escalated to 2 different departments that were supposed to fix my issue over the courseof a month. Full of nothing but lies and customer service is just reading from a script to get you to shut up. Do no order from this site if there is anyway you need to rely on support for anything! Also Puffco as a company decided that they wanted me to go through a whole warranty return process on my 3 day old device. This way they get to swap it out for a refurbished model. Uummmm noooo way man. Just replace the faulty device. I have been fighting with both company's over something so simple and logical for over a month now with NO ONE TRYING TO HELP ME! I would leave negative stars if I could. Wish I never bought this here at all!
