I ordered a cassette toilet and an additional cassette. However I had ordered the wrong additional cassette and they called me to ensure it was correct or it needed to be changed. They change the item so I had compatible parts. I really appreciate the check and correction for my mistake.
Items are in perfect order, delivery was quick. Can’t say a single bad thing about these guys.

Great experience
Grasshopper Leisure offered a very competitive price so we ordered our Truma heater on their website which arrived very quickly.
Unfortunately upon opening the box we discovered that the heater had been damaged in transit. We contacted the company straight away and they arranged for the parcel to be collected the next day and we received a replacement within 3 days.
They were very helpful and professional throughout and we can highly recommend this company.
