Did have to email to ask for a tracking number etc as the original email just said dispatched.

1 day turnaround for a Coleman Vail 4 tent
I bought a Coleman Vail 4 tent from Grasshopper Leisure at a decent price where I'd struggled to find it anywhere else. I hadn't heard of Grasshopper Leisure before but I thought I'd take the plunge. On the same day as my order, they'd processed and dispatched my order, it arrived next day! I'm thoroughly impressed with the turnaround and my tent was well packaged and in great condition. I will be coming back for more camping gear, thank you very much!

Pleasantly surprised...
Wow! What a pleasure to deal with a company that does what it says it will do! Further, the (electronic) communication keeps you posted on every stage from order through to delivery.
It was also nice to do business with a company that actually knows its products rather than just a huge online distribution centre. It is also nice to know that dealing directly with a small/medium sized company actually helps that company!
I was also able to look at similar products related to my original search through a website dedicated to the leisure industry.
I highly recommend these guys!

Great Service
I have recently bought two items at different times from Grasshopper Leisure. One of them over the bank holiday so I thought delivery would take a little longer, but no it came within the time scale. Both of the deliveries were well packaged and both on time. Definitely a good service.
