A disastrous waste of money I'm afraid. We took our measurements very carefully but we received a fire trim that didn't fit. We tried to explain our side of the argument but were told our measurements were wrong and simply got an offer to make a new one for 'a reduced cost'. I don't advise people to risk taking their own measurements but to look for a company that will come out and do the measuring for themselves.

I bought 2 fire frets one £20 and one £95 I always thought you only get what you pay for but in this case defernitely not true.. the £95 one was scratched and it looked cheap, the £20 one was perfect and looked so much more expensive than the £95 one, guess which one I kept. I would highly recommend to buy the one I kept, worth much more than £20

Our fire pit arrived well within the prescribed period even though we had asked for a tweak in the height.

Very pleased with the fireguard and service when I had to return one item (didn't fit - my fault) for a refund. Very professional and recommended.

Clearly have the correct measurements and when it arrived it was nothing like big enough. And as you state no refunds a complete waste of £187. I’d never use you again or recommend you to anyone.

Great service - supplied the glass to the correct dimensions and polished the edges - few companies supplying this type of glass provide that extra service and it makes the glass more resistant to stress cracking.
