Mats not straight
We ordered nine mats. Six of them rolled out straight, but three of them were in an arc and would not lay flat when straightened. In the process of seeing if they will replace the bad maths.
Great Mats did ship us a replacement mat in a timely manner.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. After speaking with the customer and their installer, it was determined that only one of the rolls needs to be replaced. A new roll is being made and will be sent to the customer's facility as quickly as possible.
Great product and customer service
Very quick response for a request for a quote. After placing the order, delivery was performed in a timely and accurate manner. Product came as advertised.

Love the carpet
Packaging was great. Did not have to wait long for my order to arrive. The color I ordered was great. Im planning on ordering for another room. Daughter saw it and she's planning on ordering for her porch. Was easy to lay the carpet. I saved money doing it myself

Great from the start
From the beginning the team at great mats were helpful and timely in their correspondence with me and my agility friends who were trying to figure out the right number of mats to get. The color we wanted were on back order but they shipped out quickly once they were in. The email communications had all the information about getting the mats delivered but if I hadn’t read them I would maybe have missed that had to coordinate the delivery. It all worked out wonderful and our mats are perfect for dog agility.
