Wrong size
Wrong size. Asked for XXL. Too small. Paid for next day delivery. Then paid £11 for track and sign to return. Had to wait for five days before money put back into the account. Cost more not likely to use great outdoors again. Could not return at the trespass store

The order we received from you was for size XL and not 2XL please kindly refer to your invoice / return slip.
Returning your order: -
Our returns policy is shown on our website under Delivery and Returns; which states we do not pay for return postage unless the item is faullted or we have sent an incorrect item in the first instance. In this instance we sent the correct item as per your order.
We do suggest customers return items via a tracked service, however it is the customers choice as to which service they choose to return the item(s) to us, i.e. Royal Mail, Evri, DPD etc. Royal Mail do have a 2nd Class Signed for Service which is a tracked service costing approximately £4
Returning your item to a Trespass Store: -
Although your order was a Trespass item, unless customers purchase direct from them, Trespass will not accept returns from customers who purchase their products from secondary sellers i.e. Great Outdoors Superstore.
In regards to your returned item & refund: -
We received, processed and issued your refund on 29th March, however as you purchased your order via debit / credit card, depending on your Banks refund process, this can take between 3 - 5 working days (excluding weekends Bank Holidays) to appear in your account, You noted in your review it took 5 days before money put back into your account.
The delay is not due to our refund process.
We hope our response addesses all your concerns and, respectfully, request you to re-consider your review of the service you have received from us.
