We responded to your email today, your first email regarding your order.
We dispatched your order Wednesday 23rd November via Royal Mail. Thursday 24th and Friday 25th November Royal Mail were on strike. We send all royal mail parcels 2nd class which take 3-5 working days to arrive (without strike actions)
Wednesday 30th November and Thursday 1st December Royal Mail are on strike action again causing delays to all orders.
These strike actions are unfortunately out of our control and would appreciate if you could please revise your trustpilot review once the item arrives.

Whilst I ended up returning the item, the ordering, dispatch, returns and refund were quick and smooth. It's a shame there are no free returns - the coat i sent back was quite bulky so cost nearly £10 to basically try on, but i guess that costs a small company a lot of money. Aside from that - would use Great Outdoors again for the quality service if i was surer about not having to return!

Returns
The jacket was too large and I planned to return it. You recommended using 'signed for' delivery. This would be expensive for a £20 article so I gave it to charity. It should be on it's way to Ukraine.

Thank you for your feedback. We recommend using Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For which costs approx £4 for returning an item. Had the item been faulted or wrongly sent we would have issued a free label.

Great service, exactly what I want from a company when ordering online. Smooth process to order, return (no fault with product) and order another. Really pleased with my coat, warm and cosy. Also I wanted a longer length than most parka type coats and it’s fab.
