Great Railings is great because it is closer to home. However, I do not like that they charge a 3% fee if one uses a Credit Card for Charges.

Other than the time required to pick up the product, the transaction was smooth. The ladies in the office were very knowledgeable and helped pick the right product for our project. Continued success.

Great product (Basic Railing) and with a great price - especially considering that there was an upgrade in the materials included.
Also - our contractor got lost which caused them to arrive after business hours - Great Railings stayed open to accommodate. Thanks again.

don't normally write reviews good or bad but man every time I go to great railing it gets worse and worse. everything about my experience was terrible. customer service is the worst. we received decorative rails for our fence but got square posts. emailed about it and they just stop replying. Their yard is a disaster, unorganized, no one has a clue of what they're doing. Our company delivery guy loaded himself no one was there to help and it took 3 hours to get loaded. if your truck is medium to large don't even pull in. too tight of a yard which explains why their own fork lift drivers run into the inventory! Wouldn't buy from here if this was the only place that had vinyl fence in this vinyl shortage. Bring your money somewhere that it is valued.

Great railing stepped up to the plate and hit it over the fence. We traveled a great distance because of a recommendation from a seasoned contractor. We called to tell them that we may be a few minutes late after their closing time and they kindly agreed to stay open to allow for the pickup. Solid group of workers and especially the nice woman on the phone.

I would think that when I order 2600.00 in fencing the least they could do is cut the pickets to length, but no the customer has to cut the pickets. Outrageous

Awesome place to buy. But getting the merchandise sometimes looks like a nightmare. Improvements on the process to release product needs to be made. I would even suggest that you guys could make a system where we pick merchandise and pay on our way out.

I'm a contractor and have purchased decking supplies in many places and there's no better place to buy. the prices are better than all of the others and the customer service people are very knowledgeable about the products and patient also.
