Excellent website absolutely brimming with information and useful tips as to what works and what doesn't. Samples came promptly. Hardest decision now is what to choose.

Ordered our samples. Came in very quick time indeed and perfectly packaged. Good quality samples which give you a good idea of what the full product will be like.

I would highly recommend this company. I had been let down by another flooring company twice and Greenapple came to my rescue. I ordered the flooring on the Thursday morning and had it delivered the next day at 3pm, this was fantastic service. One of the pieces of wood was damaged and I rang to inform them and they said they would gladly replace it, fortunately we were able to cut of the damaged end and use.

Compared to the other companies we viewed when decidng on which wooden floor to lay down, Greenappple had a very to easy use website, great choice of products and when we called to check on further details the staff we're very friendly and accomodating.
If I was putting another floor down I would go here first.

Flooring was out of stock so it did take three weeks to be delivered, but I was kept updated at all times. The amazing thing was that even when the flooring did arrive, which lived up to my expectations, I found the item a little bit cheaper elsewhere - Greenapple refunded the difference same day ! Amazing.

I contacted Green Apple Flooring as I wanted to buy some stairs nosing, I initially spoke to one of the guys Geoff or Phil cant remember his name, he discussed with me what I was looking for and gave me some advice, at no time did he attempt to sell me anything. I went away, spoke to my builder who did not understand a word that I relayed. I rang Green Apple Flooring again this time they spoke to my builder, who said Ooooo that's a load more work that's going to add at least a week to the job. I quickly realised that Green Apple Flooring knew their stuff and my builder was a lazy sod. The Nosing was delivered within 48hrs, there was one piece that was the wrong size, it took one phone call and was immediately exchanged. Cant tell you how it looks fitted as I said my builder is a lazy sod. Unlike my builder I would definitely recommend Green Apple Flooring

Excellent quality product at a reasonable price - looked at lots of options - very good, friendly customer service. Would recommend and would use again.

Each time I call I get honest, helpful advice. I always get the product on time and it always fits the description and sample piece. I will use this company for a third time soon.

I received a telephone call to inform me that my delivery would be on THURSDAY.
I agreed to make sure I would be in all day to receive the delivery.
However on WEDNESDAY morning I received a telephone call from the delivery drivber to say he would be with me in 20 minutes. It's a good job I was at home on that day !!!
Otherwise - Excellent product and excellent price.

There duct range seems good. I did not take up the offer of free samples. But after ordering, communication was excellent and delivery very quick.

I would fully recommend Greenappleflooring. I wished to match an existing floor and found what I thought looked like it on their web site. Ordered a sample which arrived promptly. I called them to see if I could visit the warehouse and check a larger sample and I was very welcome. I would not hesitate to recommend Greenappleflooring to friends and family in the future.

Engineered Oak flooring bought without prior sample and I was pleased with the product and the result after laying. One of the boxes was damaged in transport, but customer service for replacement box was excellent and was dispatched without delay.

Only slight annoyance (as with similar Companies) is that they advertise free delivery within the UK*
*excluding Northern Ireland and Scotland.
Why does the website not just state free delivery in England and Wales!

I just received the sample but it was very quick in the future I intend to make an order when the house will be ready.

the guys at green apple flooring are very helpful and I was extremely happy with the product - the only thing that let them down was the delivery - had to chase twice - never got a deliver date on receipt of order which you would expect these days.

I ordered the Nelson oak engineered wooden floor because I have underfloor heating, but I was concerned it might look like laminated flooring. However, once laid it looks like good quality solid wood flooring. I received excellent customer service, with the firm kindly sending me some vapour screen free of charge after I realised I needed it. It arrived the next day. My only complaint is that when they say it is a curb side delivery, they mean it - I was on my own when the load was delivered, with 57 boxes of wood flooring and five rolls of underlay, which I had to move 20 metres from the curb side to my house. Luckily two lovely ladies were passing by and offered to help me get the delivery inside the house, which was very lucky as it was pouring with rain! Otherwise I would have given a five star rating! So thumbs down for the delivery service!

Can't fault greenapple for service and communication. Unfortunately, the product (despite being professionally fitted) creaks like nothing I have ever used before. Having thought engineered flooring was a good option, this product has inadequate joints. Seems as though only option is to have it taken up and Replaced.

Website is good, easy to use and the price is good.

Delivery was booked for Friday, I took time off work and stayed in from 8 to 6 with nothing arriving and no contact to tell me there was an issue. I called Green apple flooring to chase it up and was told it would be looked into and I would be called back, this didn't happen.

I called again and re-arranged delivery for 3 days later, this was fine.
