From the initial contact, through system design, quotation and final installation I had an excellent customer experience with Green Building Renewables at every step. The price was also very competitive and the end product is fantastic. I would highly recommend this team.

The workers appeared early, worked hard and finished mid afternoon.

Green Building Renewables Newcastle fitted my solar panels and I've been very happy with the service from start to finish. In particular, the office staff were brilliant - my telephone calls were answered quickly, they were polite and friendly and any queries were dealt with promptly.

Every step of the process from the first enquiry to the removal of scaffolding and waste was curtious and professional. The installation is neat and tidy. The equipment is performing brilliantly. I definitely recommend them for solar and battery installation - I have already recommended them to others.

The team that fitted my air source heating system were a pleasure to host. They were kind and courteous throughout the week of install, cleaning at the end of each day and ensuring they left my water systems (old hot water supply) in a useable condition each day. Their knowledge of the product and updates for me during the install kept me well informed of the status and work that was left to be completed. I had a full demo of the controls - even though they had already been through the trouble of presetting everything for me. Nothing was too much trouble and would highly recommend!

The whole process from the surveyor visiting and the aftersales follow-up was superb. All the people we spoke to throughout this process were not only very knowledgeable, but they were also very friendly.

Just had PV solar panels with battery back up installed by Dan and the team from Green Building Renewables. Can’t praise them highly enough! After a bit of a hiccup with the number of panels to be installed, the nightmare began when our roof tiles started crumbling as soon as they touched them. After receiving a very reasonable estimate for the extra work they cracked on & with reinforcements managed to get everything done in just 1/2 day extra. All the guys were super polite, friendly & knowledgeable, and slogged their guts out to get everything done to a high standard (and cleared up after themselves too!)

Excellent from first enquiry to installation. Installation completed in one day and installation date not long after we had confirmed order. Really happy with the system installed which is working well even through Winter period and has made a difference to our fuel bills already. I found that Green Building Renewables were helpful from the point of contact.
I was looking for a solar system with batteries and to heat my water tank during the day, to reduce my gas use. They explained everything about their company and what they could offer.
The initial assessment by the company I found extremely helpful and informative and helped to highlight what would be the best option working within my budget.
The installation team was on time and professional throughout, and they maintained the schedule they had promised. Their quality of work was outstanding.

We have been extremely satisfied with the performance of this company. Having waited for a year without success for another company to get started, we were very glad to have found GBR. Within a fortnight the surveyor had visited and the quote was provided, and within two more weeks the installation team had completed the job in a day. They arrived on time, they were very efficient and helpful, and the solar panels and electrics were in place and working. We have been delighted with the performance 0f the solar panels so far, and have been glad that we chose the batteries and the water heater. In fact after a short time the fitter installed a third battery for us. We are already making considerable savings so far and have been particularly pleased, especially in this time of high electricity prices.

Solar panels and batteries were fitted in a day. The electrician arrived spot on 8am as promised and worked tirelessly until 5.30pm having commissioned the system and explained the use of it to Me.

The installers arrived on time, installed everything with great efficiency and installed an App on my phone so that I can monitor the performance of the batteries and energy saved easily.
