From the very start of my purchase William has been efficient, professional, friendly and honest. I'm not a fan of buying cars, especially after a bad experience from the dealer so I was a bit apprehensive about doing it all again but from the first communication I had I was put at ease and the whole process was smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend William and Greenpoint Car Sales Ltd.

I give these 5 stars as I had an issue with my car is bought off these the guy came back and took my car gave me a replacement to use any issues get dealt eith my brakes needed doing they payed to get them done thank u amazing...

PLEASE BECAREFULL USING THIS COMPANY these people.would sweet talk you to the bank and back saying the right things and making you believe their the best but when it comes to answering major questions that's when the true colors come out. There is a car we saw peugeot 206cc
convertible 2005, we wanted to buy it. but when i did car check on CAR VERTICAL and spoke to Richard on the phone started asking questions he started shouting instead of being nice and calm. He was just ranting and shouting with pure lack of knowledge of good customers services. he even went on to say they sell older cars meaning you buy at your.own risk basically. why are we buying from them etc look at the reviews,...WELL ANY ONE CAN WRITE A REVIEW. clearly people don't check we buy because of the way we're treated as customers. Which make me wonder if you can shout before I
make a purchase how about if I come back with a faulty car or decide to bring it back?

AND ON TOO OF THAT THEY IGNORE YOU, A BIT STRANGE AS THE HAVE ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS, DELIVER 6 MONTH S WARANTY , YET YHEY CANT ANSWER SIMPLE QUESTIONS 🤔🙄

PLEASE BE CAREFUL DO YOUR CHECKS DONT BE FOOLED BY TO SWEET TALK TO YOUR WALLET BECAUSE AT THE END OF THE YOU'LL BE THE ONE SPENDING MORE TO FIX THEIR NEGLIGENCE

After spending a lot of time researching vehicles and sellers online in order to buy my wife a surprise runaround, and after being nearly burnt by another company (metaphorically) I kept returning to Greenpoint site and a nice Freelander 2, I still had a couple of reservations about things that I thought didn’t add up in my over cautious mind, William gave me a call and within minutes my worries were eleviated with a full clear explanation of what to expect next.
The lines of communication were fantastic and the vehicle was dropped off to me over 200 miles away. The car was in fantastic condition for the age.
Needless to say my wife absolutely loved it.
An absolutely first class service and would recommend to anyone and everyone. Well done guys for an A1 experience.

Purchased a fantastic Mercedes 3.5 from Greenpoint car sales. Cannot fault the car. Absolutely excellent. Greenpoint were awesome throughout. My home is in North Wales 200 miles away yet they delivered this excellent Mercedes free of charge, on request arranged 12 months road tax. If and when the Mercedes eventually finishes my requirements and I feel like a change, I will have no hesitation in contacting Greenpoint car sales for a replacement. Muchas Grasius Greenpoint.

The car was delivered to us in a good clean condition, Richard is really helpful, although I have only driven the car locally at the moment absolutely as described drives great would highly recommend these guys, everything from buying the car to it being delivered was made so easy would happily buy from again brilliant thankyou.

I can recommend this company. Was helpful and kept in contact throughout. Was able to take my car in part exchange ( scrappage) . Delivered my car quickly, and had mine recovered.
