Addition of a high quality garden room
From our initial visit to the showroom, through the design, scheduling and installation steps, we found Green Retreats very professional and efficient in their execution of our garden room. All those involved in the installation were very experienced and a pleasure to have on site. Sogna, our customer care contact, was excellent throughout the process. She was timely with responses she could not answer directly, including managing a rescheduling of our AC installation to align with installing the electricity supply. Very happy with the product.

Great company and great product
This is just one of the nicest companies to deal with. They installed our stunning garden room five years ago and it has been a huge asset. The installation ran very smoothly and all the people we dealt with were not only very professional but friendly and helpful too - quite a rare combination. We had a small problem recently but within days someone came out and fixed it completely without any fuss. Such a relief. I can thoroughly recommend both the company and their products.

Absolutely first class product & service
My experience working with Green Retreats has been absolutely first class from beginning to end. Every member of the team has gone out of their way to be helpful, positive and responsive.
I asked to make a couple of changes to my original design along the way and was met with support and professionalism.
The office-based staff were great and the teams doing the work on site were unfailingly punctual, hard-working and nice to have around.
I would certainly recommend Green Retreats both for the end product itself and the overall experience. Friends can’t believe the fact that my studio took only four days once the foundations were ready - and those only took one very rainy day to complete.
Thank you everyone at Green Retreats and a special thanks to Sogna for her unfailing support and professionalism guiding me through the process.

The Green Retreat Experience
From the moment I walked in the showroom I knew I was in 'safe hands'. My advisor for the afternoon was Zaynab & her customer service was exceptional as was her product knowledge. The whole process was clearly explained with plenty of time for consideration & questions. My 'Site Visit' with Stefan has already taken place who was equally knowledgeable, calm, professional & with great customer service. There are many links in the chain from sale to completion however as it is all 'in-house' it is a seamless service so far.
I would thoroughly recommend Green Retreats as a top choice when considering installing a Garden Room.

Just moved into our new Green Retreats…
Just moved into our new Green Retreats Studio and must say that we are loving it! The whole team worked seamlessly from the ground prepping to the build and final fixing stages. We too are in the construction industry and so we know too well how these services can fair. The totally integrated system Green Retreats has at its disposal is the first reason why we chose them however it is the people that make the biggest difference and here they came up with flying colours! We chose green retreats after a show…
We chose green retreats after a show room visit and wanted the full service knowing exactly what we would get. We are super happy with the final room which we are using as a gym / games / office space with a small storage room as well. The customer service was excellent throughout. We did encounter a few snags as you would expect with construction projects but each one was dealt with to our satisfaction. The final product is beautiful.

A stressful experience made fun!
A stressful experience made fun! Ordered our garden room at the beginning of last year and after frustratingly finding out our permitted development rights were removed they had no issue waiting for us to apply for full planning, roll on October and we’re all installed even allowing us to position the install around our holiday we booked a while back and all went without a hitch, 0% finance on the base box was an amazing deal and the installation was a breeze, we even had a small issue with noise from our gutter but they got back to me with possible solutions asap that fixed it, I can’t remember the install teams name but they were clean and respectful and Sogna was ever present throughout the process on email.
We visited both showrooms and the staff there were lovely too!

Professional, Efficient and High Quality
After researching several garden room companies, we chose Green Retreats because of the high quality of their buildings and the streamlined process they offered — and we’re so pleased we did.
From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Louisa and Jessica in sales were always responsive, helpful, and happy to answer any questions we had. The build team were courteous, tidy, and very efficient, and the electrical team were just as professional.
The whole process felt smooth and well organised, and the finished garden room is beautifully built and finished to a very high standard.

Aftercare Experience for a Garden Studio Purchased in 2021
I purchased a garden studio in 2021, which I absolutely love. It's a great addition to my back garden and gives me a place to work, workout, and put up houseguests.
With the heavy rain, I developed a leak. I contacted aftercare, and they responded immediately. Within a couple of days, they came to fix it. There were some caulking issues, and a piece of flashing had come loose. They did a great job of fixing everything, and even made some additions to the roof, even though it wasn't the source of the issue.
They made sure everything was tidy and no debris was left behind before leaving. Very professional and personal. I highly recommend them if you are considering a garden room.

I'm happy with the finished product from Green Retreat and the gift at the end. The team was able to understand how the annexe was to be used.
The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that they do not offer a plumbing service if you want a functional kitchen or restroom.
