Highly Recommend!

Shocking experience - buggy platform
Wrote an entire birthday message in this buggy editor then it glitched and didn't save. silly me for trusting it..
Then I just said stuff it ill get the card blank, and the payment portal was broken. Wasted a whole night on this stupid buggy platform.
Update the payment portal finally worked the next morning on 10th attempt. Super strange and still upset about the message being lost. Otherwise promising offering.

Card delivered 3 days after the recipient’s birthday, despite ordering the card 1 week in advance. Pointless.

You'll get a free card or free postage offer or voucher and they never work. Spent 45mins on a chat which customer service, probably in India, and got no solution. So they promise a free card but you'll never get it hoping that you sent the card you setup. Looks like fake offers, sorry to say that but of all offers I got none worked!

I personalised 2 cards to send to 2…
I personalised 2 cards to send to 2 addresses but there kept on appearing a third card in the checkout cart. I couldn't pay with any of my credit or debit cards or PayPal on the website. After an hour of trying all my cards I managed to pay on the app. After all the attempts to remove the extra card the same card was addressed twice to the same address instead of 2 different addresses. I wrote an email to try and change the wrong address as I requested to send only on 1st July but no reply.

Ordered the day before my anniversary (totes forgot), and a photo card and chocolates were delivered the following day. Still in the good books... yay!
