Groomer butchered our puppy. I could have done better. Just cut out face. No shape or anything. Looks like it was done with a weed Wacker. And when we complained and sent pics they would not refund us.

Our groomer was very professional, communicated details around arrival timing and was gentle with our pets. 10/10 and definitely recommend this app!

The young man did an awesome job.

My groomer Royal T. is amazing. She is very good with my dogs who are both older. She provides information and education when I need it or want it. Royal is an indispensable part of my puppies treatment team. Not to mention the fact that they look and feel so much better after they see her.

This was honestly the best mobile grooming experience I’ve had in my 12 years with my dog. She looked adorable and the coordinator worked with me to find a good time when I was having a very rough day. Will 100% book with them again in the future.

There is a mysterious $20 charge added to my 1st grooming bill. This is the first time I've used the app. When I look at the breakdown there is no reason for it to be there.
I emailed the support email listed at the bottom of the email and it came back to me that that email no longer exists. I looked for a support link within the app - there is nothing there.
The groomer was mediocre, at best. He arrived 15min early, yet he said he had a time constraint so my dog couldn't be finished. Claimed that he would be late for his next appt.
I have no real need to use this app again.

My groomer, Shaquon, was great. He was gentle and kind with my very little old dog. I very much appreciate the care he took with her.

patience and understanding excellent groomer

My dog Miles is a western Highland terrier. One of the questions I asked when booking was that I needed someone who knew how to cut a Westie and scheduled the gold package that totaled with all the add-ons $295; what I got was a hack job. My dog looks terribly uneven. all the extras that I prepaid for clearly were not delivered

We have taken in a sweet stray and she is in desperate need of bath and shave down (very matted). We made an appointment with Groomit for Friday October 27 (soonest available) with a recommended tech - and good to go... Less than 24 hours before the service the tech cancels on me. They ask me to reschedule (next available with the tech is weeks away) - I chat with them and they are just basically "sorry" - no offer of any discount (realize the groom is like $400) - Their only suggestion is that I cancel... Now if I cancel on short notice they would charge me 50% - but they do it and Nothing. Terrible first impression.

When I saw the mobile pet grooming vehicle in Nashville, I was thrilled to give it a try as my dog is 13 and although he’s very passive and easy to groom, he still gets a bit anxious. I spoke to the person when they got out of the vehicle, inquiring about the services. To my surprise, they offered to do it that evening. The person walked me through the lengthy process of getting the app, choosing the Gold pkg, and more. I thought it was a bit pricey at around $180, but decided to splurge since the groomer offered a new client coupon. As I booked it and entered the code, to my surprise… the total was over $250!!! I was shocked and asked the person to break down the cost for me. There were service charges and a “same day” charge, also. It was such a process, I decided not to get refunded (as offered) and to go ahead with it. The groomer arrived at my house half an hour early. He said it would take about 2 hours tops. It ended up taking him well over 3 hours and was somewhat late when he finished (after 10PM). When I finally went out to get my dog, he pointed out that he had cut his ear. Then, offered to grind his nails a bit at no extra cost. Huh?! This was supposed to be included already. Needless to say, I will not be using them again, nor recommending them. Lesson learned, the expensive hard way.

Jennifer Anderson groomed our dog very well. He was clean, smelled good and calm. Jennifer was patient, courteous and I would definitely refer her to groom your dog!

We requested the Gold package for both of our dogs through mobile grooming. Neither dog was cut, or barely trimmed. Two weeks later they both need cuts, again. I will not use Groomit again.

Our groomer listened to what we wanted, was very patient with our pup, and honestly best cut he's ever had. He looked so good. Will be a repeat customer.
