although my groomer did a pretty good job, one dog had a bloody toe he did not attend to bleed all over my floors. there were excessive charges after the fact after they left my property that we're not discussed I was charged three times for the mobile fee three times for a sanitary fee. They upgraded the size of one of my dogs, which was not necessary to add an additional fee, also after discussing this with billing. That fee magically appeared so overall I paid $725 with a tip for three dogs my bill should have been no more than 600 which is extreme to begin with. I believe this company over all is a rip off and borderline criminal Adding fees after service and contract completed. I would not recommend

I decided to try Groomit because I was having difficulty getting an appointment with local groomers. The Groomit app made it super easy to schedule a grooming appointment, last minute even! The groomer came right to my house, bathed and gave my pup a great bath and haircut too! It was great! The price was a little more than double what I would normally pay to groom my dog, but the added expense was worth it for the convenience of the whole process. I would use this company as a once a year splurge.

My original appointment was for 10am. The groomer stated that she would not be able to make it until 11am. I reached out at 1130am to find out her ETA. She said 1240pm. With that being said, she finally showed up just before 2pm. I wasted my entire Saturday waiting for her! The haircut was mediocre.

really bad service

I wish that there was a Negative star....I booked my first Groomit appt for my dog...paid....gave up a work appt to ensure I was home for the grooming time...received emails/texts verifying the appt...and then a NO SHOW/NO CALL....when I contacted the company the excuse was the groomer "had van issues and was unaware of the appt"...I was offered a $20.00 discount on a future grooming session. My dog attends a large local day care ..I told them I was excited about trying this service...I will certainly share with them my negative experience.

Our cat Sylvia is, overall, pretty good natured, but this does not mean that she's always docile when I try to comb her or, more intrusive, clip her claws. But thanks to Groomit--and Ashley--she always looks her best: washed (something I've never dared try), clean, cheerful relaxed. Not only is it easy to get an appointment at Groomit, but the session is always the most complete success!

Driver aggression
Was nearly ran off the road by a driver in Orlando. Then proceeded to chase us down while we were on a family vacation. Her aggression was out of place and frankly weird. My 6 and 8 year old were confused as well as my 85 year old mother in law. Can’t imagine this is someone I’d trust w my most favorite household member.

It was fantastic. Arrived on time, I had a badly matted cat that was handled quickly and efficiently. Bandy came back looking a bit like a lion, but the mats were gone. He’s so much more comfortable!!

Our groomer Sally was very familiar with our breed, Cocker Spaniel. She gave our dog an excellent cut. We were pleased with her level of professionalism. We have booked her already for our dog's next grooming.

Chase had more matts than I knew. I agreed to the extra cost of de-matting. There was a small wrap around her left foreleg due to the vet taking blood that morning. That created a kerfuffle which nearly ended the appointment. I should have just taken it off. The groomer did a good job of getting all the matts out and trimming Chase as I instruction (keep the outer coat). I stopped Groomit after three appointments were canceled. This was a test and it worked out well.

Groomers always do a great job!
I love the convenience of these groomers. I always do the mobile van and never had a problem. Will continue to use this service. Groomers are always on time and friendly. Highly recommend!

Expensive but overall good experience and good grooming.

I was looking into a mobile groomer for my two Saint Bernard’s. I usually take them to the groomer at my vets office. I was hesitant at first because I was not given any information other than the three options for level of service and a few add-ons. Instead of having both dogs groomed, I opted to just have my male dog groomed so that I could see how it went and whether I was happy with the service. It appeared this was the only way I was going to get any real answers. After entering my dog’s information, picture, and rabies vaccination I was prompted to pick the package I wanted then had to enter my payment information and then given the available dates. I was told that $300 would be put on hold when I chose the date I wanted. I chose the next day in the evening (3-6 pm I think was the time frame given). Then, then next day I got a text which stated:
(Groomit) Hello Kristin. We are sorry, but the available groomer for today has rejected your appointment. Kindly reschedule it for another date. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Then, after doing nothing because I was I was shocked that the groomer had the capability to “reject” the appt., I received the following email:
Your grooming appointment for Bart on Wednesday, 02-21-2024 has been successfully canceled. Please refer to cancellation policy for refund.
I guess I’m relieved that my appointment was canceled successfully so that I get the $300 hold removed! Geez, this is a little too much risk for me, the customer, to take hoping that I will be lucky enough that a groomer will take pity and not “reject” me or my dogs. I am not sure what “Groomit” does other than bringing customers together with groomers. Do the groomers work for Groomit or are they independent contractors? Either way, they do not do a very good job

Excellent groomer! She listened and gave my dog a perfect cut.

Coming to my home is a tremendous help. And the groomer was especially kind and gentle with our dogs so we will always request her as she is very skilled also.

Fae does a wonderful job with my dog. She has a passion for dogs and always gives my dog love during the grooming.

Ashlee was the best. Gave our pup the best cut.
