I was getting nervous about my delivery after looking at the reviews but besides the nearly 3 week wait on my goods they arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was good. I haven't test the item yet as it is for a present but hopefully all will be ok. One star dropped for the length of time it took to get to me. The package was only coming from Germany to Ireland.

Bought an (expensive) toaster through them to save a little money. They said it was delivered....Searched, bothered neighbors etc. Then they said it was returned to them and they want to send it back...I said cancel...now they say they will refund the money when they recieve the item minus the return shipping costs. HUGE HASSLE. No wonder Amazon owns the world.

Rouge company do NOT USE.
Wrong item sent, no returns label, pay return yourself.
Demand all their packaging and the item be repackaged and sent back and paid by you. So more expensive to send back.
Need to be reported and brought to justice.

Ordered a 27” Benq screen and it had problems ie all fonts turned into lines then screen blanked
Changed cables to test but same issue
Therefore i returned it asking for refund after just 2 days
They wont refund me
State its been tested aok
I demanded refund they flatly refuse stating i accept it back as its my hardware failure
I asked again for refund in writing
They say if i don’t accept refund they will keep it
I smell a chinese company

Ordered cd box set amazing price free delivery and came in perfect packed condition prices great if you are prepared to wait a few extra days for delivery

I should have read the reviews before purchasing from these - Scammers DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I purchased a Microwave and was waiting 5 months for it to be delivered - I chased and chased their support and they kept tellin me it was in transit "IT NEVER ARRIVED" - As soon as I looked for a refund they told me they could not refund because it was lost in transt!!! Absoluthly shocking scam artists!! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

I got a bit nervous after reading some if the reviews and emailed them. Got a response within 24 hours.
Although I am a little confused over the posting procedure, I'm pleased to say my package came well packaged today. It was sent 27.9.24.
Ultimately, very pleased with the item, packaging and product.
Help this helps people a little bit with my experience

They have great selection of CDs and music, in general. The prices are good. They seem to eventually deliver, but the wait for delivery can be unpredictable. My first item came relatively quickly, the second item took a while, three months later and I am still waiting for a delivery date.

It has been a month since I placed the order and I am still waiting for it to be delivered.

They are RIP OFF merchants,pure and simple

I definitely do not recommend. apart from the fact that I waited two weeks. They added £60 customs fees to the price. the product arrived not as described. I ordered a case for a hyte70 computer with a touch screen on the front of the case. it arrived without a display. I advise you to check the order details carefully and take screenshots of what you ordered. I do not recommend.

We purchased an mpop star micronics and the website clearly says VAT is included. I ordered form a third region in which VAT does NOT apply and asked them for a refund as soon as I received the invoice.
During the month I waited for the package I exchanged emails and they told me I didn't need to pay import duties or taxes.

I tried to explain to them that it was not correct. Now that I sent them the invoice of the import duties they are refusing to pay, even tough I'm not asking them for more money because the import duties I paid is more of what I would have to pay because I paid import duties for the total amount including tax, so I've paid german VAT and my region's VAT.

This business shouldn't be selling internationally if they don't know how to do it.

VAT is not included in the price nor mentioned in the checkout page/order confirmation.

Taken 3 weeks and dozens of email to get a refund after immediately cancelling the order before shipping.

Anyone struggling with refunds should consider contacting UKICC immediately.

This place is garbage. I bought 2 separate things from this place.
1. Both times the shipping label was created but the product just say there for over week. This is sneaky as you get the email saying "your item has shipped" but until you check the tracking. It just says "label created'

2. Once it final does start to process shipping it takes another week to leave the country. Now they do state that they are experiencing slow shipping times by why tell you that after you've bought from them? And where is the banner among their website stating this

3. The first item I bought from them was packaged so bad it had 1 bit of tape and you could fit your hand in the box. Now this came from Germany to the USA. Not happy at all.

Should have done more research before ordering. I had no idea this was not a normal UK trading company before placing the order.

First there was the Email on shipping, having the promise of a few days for delivery - "our carriers report a considerable backlog in parcel processing, which may cause possible delivery delays of our shipments. Unfortunately the tense situation is affecting the entire parcel service industry worldwide."

Shipping may be free and the headline price is tempting, then to be faced with a £60 import VAT and a further £12 clearance fee makes the item somewhat less of a bargain.

So several weeks later I am faced with an unacceptable delay, loads of hassle and extra costs which were not made anywhere clear when I made the order.

Caveat emptor.

I was scammed. Luckily I paid with applepay + paid for an additional tracking number. Customs declaration for the amount of €285 because I paid for the item £256.17. I bought an Oral B iO 10 toothbrush. Attention!!!!! everything came packed properly but inside a used toothbrush worth £10!!! Fortunately, for a long time I have been recording all openings of valuable packages. I applied for a refund to the bank! Before buying I read the reviews and they were very good, now I see that they are very bad! Be careful, never buy from them, they are fraudsters operating on a large scale! they send substitute goods even if you pay with a controlled payment!!! I have all the photos and a video as proof!

they are crooks. Even the tracking number is wrong

Be aware if buying in the UK there will be import VAT and duties that aren't mentioned on there website
it isn't made clear there not a UK based seller

Order placed and I never received the product.
