Ordered a vinyl at beginning of January, still hadn't arrived by March, tracking link didn't work, invoice couldnt be opened, no way of contacting so I requested a refund via my bank. Groovesland have tried to claim the item was awaiting collection at the post office which I have never been advised off. Don't waste your money or time ordering from this company

Had to cancel order has item was not despatched within 3 weeks and no emails.

I placed an order for an item that was in stock. A week later it still had not shipped despite the lead time of 4-8 working days. There was also an extra (international) charge that was debited from my account that I was not made aware of beforehand. I requested the order be cancelled and payment refunded. The order was cancelled, I have yet to see a refund for the $538 that I spent, it's been 3 working days. The order details state that it was refunded on 3/3/25, but it has not been. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Manuel was amazing all i would say is be aware of the import charges but once it levels out and if this is what you want then go for it

I ordered MANY times with Groovesland via Discogs.

Always went well, until this one order, placed Jan 10, which I still haven't received, in spite of the fact that other orders placed on a LATER date and via Discogs arrived safely.

I contacted them and... they just tell me to be patient...

Have been ordering vinyl records from them since 2020 and have had zero issues so far. The items always arrive in perfect condition, and while the wait can sometimes be considerable, I would sooner put the blame on the appaling state of the Serbian postal service rather than them. Can't vouch for anything other than music, but in terms of records and CDs they are perfect with a catalog that has items that I genuinely have seldom seen elsewhere, especially at such affordable prices

Do not order from this shop if you are in the UK. You will have to pay VAT + additional custom fees to actually get your goods over the indicated price. It also took about two weeks to deliver (in my case computer memory).

I brought a item from this site, it was faulty.

return it, but they state they never got it.

I told them it is tracked and state it was delivered with screen shoot and third part evidence .

they scammers and don't refund my cash.

Im now going to go to report this website as a scam site to get it taken down and take further action.

Had an issue with a package delivery, they swiftly made it right. Highly recommended.

I had bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ from them because it was the cheapest listing I could find at around £590. However, they never told me anywhere that this package was coming from outside the UK, and so had to pay a massive customs charge of £126.35 myself, so the deal was not worth it at all. I could find this tablet on sale on another website for £650, and as a side benefit would receive it way earlier because it's not coming from outside the country.

I placed an order at the beginning of the month and stupidly paid via bank transfer to get the extra discount.

I received updates saying that the product was out of stock and that I would have to wait… Several emails and weeks later I requested a refund.

I’d give these guys a miss… too good to be true!

I have made a payment to this company and not received goods. They are asking for more money for customs.
Also the company gave me a delivery date when they knew there was not chance of meeting this date.
I would advise anyone never deal with this company.

I was a bit nervous after reading reviews, especially since I paid via bank transfer rather than PayPal. However, despite a slight delay in dispatch, delivery was quick, and I received exactly what I ordered at a great price. No complaints!

We are extremely disappointed in this company. Due to “considerable backlog in parcel processing” (per an email they sent us) our Motorola [Accessories] Motorola TLKR T82 Extreme did not arrive by the date promised. We had already left for vacation when it arrived, therefore we no longer needed the product. It cost at least $45 to ship it back for refund. When emailing customer support, we get a standard response with zero help! Do not purchase from this company!

bad service. I paid for the courier but the product dispatched by normal post facing long delays. I will no buy again.

They are not selling brand new items and not mention this. I bought Cudy P5 router shipped internationally, found it EU version so tons of bands not supported, it was used not new, scratches on the body, default password changed, their support is not replying after sending them evidences. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered a somewhat expensive SSD from playthek (same site), and started to get nervous because the promised send date kept slipping, some shady things I discovered on the site (fake stock countdowns), and the huge number of negative reviews about them. But after some back and forth emailing with them, to my huge relief I DID get my product in the mail today.

I ordered my new graphics card prior to reading all the reviews on here and was worried I wouldn't receive my item. Thankfully though I've received the card, but not without hassle though!

The import & custom taxes were £65, which means the deal I got was not worth it, and the final costs were more than I'd have paid if I bought it direct from Amazon.

I think its wrong to be advertising cheap products on Google Shop in the UK, when you know that your customers are going to have to pay almost an extra 1/4 of the price of the item as well for UK custom charges.

However I can't fault the service, I did at the end of the day buy the card and received the card. That's all I could ask for.

Brought from here an RX 7900 XTX item as described had good communication i thought the price was including delivery and everything, going back to the website it does actually state you have to pay import charges which are not cheap can if they want be that little bit clearer and state how much that would actually be

Sent product different than pictured. Promised deliver in 8-16 business days but didn’t even post the thing until day 13. Took over a month to arrive and then refused return/refund after I sent pictures showing the different product.
