Car battery went during lock down. Replace battery was the same as the car manufacture battery (Exide for a Mazda CX5) from Grove batteries at half the price.
Quick delivery and well packed.

Extremely good and responsive service. There was a delay in my delivery because Royal Mail where extremely busy at that time but I was kept informed and the groves staff couldn't have been more helpful throughout the process.

Grove batteries gave very good advice on which battery to buy for my BMW motorcycle. Went for the gel option. Which was the best thing to do. Delivery was was very prompt and when they said would be.
Will definitely use Grove batteries again and would recommend them.

Ordered a vintage style 6 volt hard rubber battery to be shipped to the United States. The customer support staff was very accommodating going above and beyond to make sure it was received quickly and was very well packaged to insure no damage. I rarely find service to this level here in the States.

Ordered at 09:30, delivered at 11:00 hard to beat that.

My experience with this company was very pleasant. I ordered a battery for my scooter online but missed where it had the delivery option on the order page. I soon after got an email to confirm my battery was ready to collect. After contacting them via email, they arranged to deliver the battery. Great communication and battery was as described. Simply the best place to get car batteries- I don’t bother even looking anywhere else now. You might pay a bit more possibly but all the guys there give good honest advice.

Recently had to replace the battery on my motorcycle and considered changing to Li-on, investigating on the interweb fell foul of the myriad of potential pitfalls; not least of all the potential for "branded" fakes. Discovered Groves after a trawl for a specific brand and called the company (no hiding behind an internet persona for Groves), I had the pleasure of speaking to Chris who was very personable and knowledgeable and I was able to discuss my requirements and potential issues with changing from a lead acid to Li-on battery. A few days later the item arrived, was fitted to the bike and hey presto, away we went. I would not hesitate to use Groves again.
