I ordered some seed 15 packs and only received 11 I then emailed them saying I was lacking seed and was told they would send out more . They did many extra packs of seed free , which I have given to all friends up my allotment so they will hopefully use your service. All seeds used have had 100% germination and definitely back for more later . Over the moon with seed , price of and service. Thank you .

Excellent ongoing support
The website is easy to navigate and offers a good level of advice and support like dates of sowing, germination period and times when crops will be ready.
Amongst other things I bought the allotment selection which offers a great range of vegetables and is terrific value.
I had a slight problem where the Brussels Sprout & Courgette had thier labels mixed up and so I contacted Customer Support who were quick to respond and were very understanding and helpful.
I will be buying seeds from them again and I’m considering joining the Growclub

Cannot fault service
A first class service from Growseed. I ordered Tomato seeds which arrived quickly. On opening the seeds there was a fault on the bottom of the foil packet and most of the seeds were lost. I informed John of this and immediately he sent me more seeds with apologies, which have already been received.
Thank you, will order again in future.

Disappointed with the new packaging
Disappointed with the new packaging, understandable that you would move from the foil ones. However they were more robust, and had plantings instructions on them. Now I have to look online each time, not really that practical and time consuming.

Thanks for the review and feedback :)
We made a switch over to the paper based packets (and this is still on going) to offer a more environmentally friendly product. The packets them selfs are robust and hold the smaller seeds inside via a small waxed packet.
Paper packets are almost industry standard now! :)
As for the planting instructions none of our packets have contained planting instructions, not even the foil based ones! We do this to keep the cost of printing and packing as low as possible while keeping gardening open and affordable.
Thanks very much for the feedback, we will take it on board and try to find a good alternative that is foil based and bio-degrable in the future.
