Being raked over the coals
I used to have a insurance company that started with the letters A.C.I. In the last 2 years we've had some bad wildfires in the state of Oregon. As a result they raised everybody's insurance rates in the state of Oregon to compensate for their Insurance claims sense I have no claim. Why should I pay a higher rate?

It took way to long to get the transaction done. My agent did get it finally done but too long. If the agent would have called to explain or had been quicker with responses we could have expidited it much quicker.

Also love that fact that while I may not drive my car too often since it's low miles, I can drive my car as much as I wanted because there are no mile restrictions!
