I hired two cars from them on two different occasions. First car left indicator was not working properly. It would only come on after a few times hiting the switch. Which was really annoying in long journeys. I returned the car one week early but I did not receive any money back even though the employee at the desk said I would. On second occasion screenwash pump was not working, again I was lucky the weather was good and I didnt have to use it. When I returned the car I was called that there were stains on the seats and car boot they charged me over £30 to have it cleaned. Rip off, and disgracefull how they treat customers. Will never use them again.
