I bought a Ford kugafrom them it said in the ad that I would get 3 months warranty
When I paid for the car they told me I couldn’t have the warranty because of the mileage
I’ve had a couple of problems with it it within the 2 weeks of having the motor
When I phoned them I was told mathew was out at the time and he would get back to me 4 days later and I still havnt heard nothing from them
Do not buy from this company as they will just try and mug u off would never recommend them to anybody

Bought a Tiguan some months ago. Price was attractive and less than the going rate, thought it was too good to be true and it was.

I managed to negotiate the extortionate delivery price down, but after being told the car would undergo a service - including replacing tires with less than 2.2mm tread and a valet they’d drop it the following week.

Every day for three weeks I had to call and ask when I’d finally receive the car, and each day I had to remind the sales rep I’d just purchased a car and we’d spoken yesterday about it (again). Each time I was told I’d hear back from them the following day, days later I’d call again having not received anything still with no updates.

The car finally arrived filthy on the outside and covered in dog hair and weird slime in places on the inside. I was advised it was because it rained when delivering it, quite literally must’ve been raining cats and dogs on the inside too.

Dash had fault lights up on delivery and I called to explain this. I was told they’d take it back to their mechanic and that the driver delivering the car would’ve noticed. I also asked why I was told the tires would be replaced under 2.2mm and they haven’t been, again I was assured I’d never been told that.

Car leaked oil all over my drive and because this supposed ‘service ’ clearly hadn’t noticed any of these problems I took it to a local garage to look at. They were able to diagnose all sorts of faults with pressure sensors, regulators and faulty parts and assured me any mechanic would’ve picked up on these problems if the car had been serviced correctly.

I called several times, nobody seemed to remember the purchase and again lots of ‘will call you again’ and ‘sorry that’s the other branch you need to speak to’ before finally I was told to check my warranty.

I’d never received a warranty, though I was told repeatedly ‘you definitely have done’. Lo-and-behold a warranty was finally issued starting the day I called again explaining I’d checked everywhere.

The warranty didn’t cover most of the problems, and I’m out of pocket £700+ for the repairs and I had to replace two tires very close to, and one under the legal limit. Mechanic believes there’s another £1000+ of repairs to be done.

For anything I saved on price I’ve lost in repairs and there are still more to be done.

Terrible customer service from a company that really needs more communication both internally and externally. Go elsewhere.

The company called GTJ CARS from Thetford,a manager called Matthew ,he sold me a car and lied to me about the car warranty. He told me that the car is fully warranty and after the respective warranty,they told me that my car is not fully warranty.Be careful with them because they lie people a lot and don't read their warranty policy before people pay. They are swindlers and liars who deserve to be sued.

Good at first but the after sales service is useless. The car seems to be ok but we asked for the cambelt to be changed as part of the deal. I specifically asked Lewis to make sure I was given the mechanics invoice. After several weeks and many attempts at calling still nothing. I now doubt that the cambelt has be changed. So I’ve now had the car checked at my own expense and the cambelt is new. The upshot being that if the people at this outfit were better organised they could provide proper customer service which would save us all a lot of bother and they might get repeat customers. But I doubt they are bright enough to see this. Anyway, in the end I’m happy, but could not recommend them and would advise you to go elsewhere.

Do not buy from this company they are not genuine & use a mechanic that does not repair cars to a high standard. I only gave them 1 star as it would not let me post it if I didn’t.
I bought a car from the Downham Mkt branch. In May 2days of driving it and the clutch was making a noise. I contacted them they finally got back to me after a a few weeks. I took the car back to them to check it. They tried to say it was a problem with the clutch peddle & sprayed it with WD40. My husband contacted them to sort it out. They told us their mechanic would call us back. This took weeks. Finally the car went in to have a new clutch. Two weeks later I was driving the car and it made an horrendous noise it felt like the exhausted had fallen off. I contacted the AA they came out and told me one of the bolts in the engine mount had been over tightened & stripped the thread causing the engine to fall off the mount. This happened when their mechanic replaced the clutch. I have shared the AA report with them & asked for a full refund. I am reporting them to Trading Standards as they refuse to give me a refund and want to fix it !! They are now ignoring our calls & ignoring our emails.

Great service before I picked up my vehicle all little things I picked were done and feel very happy with my mazda bongo .

Avoid them, absolutely no after sales service. Had a leaking roof, they had it for 5 days and have used mastic to fill it ( over the crud and leaves!) still leaking obviously, they refuse to replace the car or refund so off to the small claims court, have reported to Trading Standars

I visited the guys in Thetford and you cannot fault the guys. It was my first time buying a car and they were so helpful. They had great friendly customer service and helped pick out a perfect car for me. Forever grateful of them. They did everything they possibly could to make that car mine. So just a great thanks to them. I would definitely use this company in the future, I think they are very reliable and trustworthy.

I bought a second hand Nissan Juke from GJT cars in February 2023 - I had a first class experience with all the staff - The car was immaculate, GTJ serviced it and the Map card was missing but they very kindly paid for a new one. They also managed to track down the full service history for it they went above and beyond I would Highly Recommend them. I would certainly buy another car from them anytime.

Everyone I dealt with was kind and wanted to help. The car needed some parts after purchase and before handover. Although this meant a 4 week wait after purchasing the car, it was then put through an MOT and I appreciate the car being handed over in good working order.

I bought a Qashai from them having only £6000 for a car they helped me find exactly what I wanted and even brought it over from another branch free if charge and with no pressure to buy it if it wasn’t write thank you.
