GTX gaming excels at customer service. Every ticket is answered within minutes and issues resolved promptly and professionally. Nothing but wonderful things to say about the service GTX provides. I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with several of their support agents: Tom H, Rui P, Jamie R, John K, Robert P, James K, and man they’re all excellent! Kudos to the entire team and thank you for the service you provide to the gaming community. They’ve enabled our entire crew to spend many hours having a total blast.

Fantastic customer service by jamie today really turned my day around. I went from juggling 3 different companies and 5 hours to get a dedicated server working for Space Engineers, but five minutes with these guys got me and my friend gaming together. Instead of directing me to a walk through or a guide he asked me personally what experience I wanted from the game and even set it up for me. Incredible service and will absolutely recommend Gtx servers in the future due to this human side of service.

So far, probably the best server hosting website I've used. Gamepanel feels best so far, support acts quickly (shout out to Jamie, my man saved the session). Barotrauma sessions have been smoother than ever before, and approx 20% cheaper.

For 9.6EUR I can run a decently big modpack, no issues whatsoever so far. Good server location, good hardware. I don't think I have anything to complain about so far.

Running a gaming site, things often go wrong, and the first I need to know is, is it the server or a mod. Whenever I have had an issue and contacted GTX, I get a very swift reply, and if it is their issue, they get onto it immediately, and keep me up to date regularly.
I would recommend them to anyone who asks

Normally when I leave a review it's bad, most of us don't often take the time to praise those that do good work we only take the time to lash out and give flack on those that do horrible jobs. I was pleasantly surprised today when dealing with Jamie RedPath as my support agent. I recently came over from nitrado and had zero service satisfaction and zero customer support when switching to your company within 5 minutes I was able to get the server active. I unfortunately encountered a password issue where it wasn't initializing or whatever the case may be. People flooded into my server and were destroying my builds within the first few minutes of contacting customer support I was friendly greeted and hopefully inquired upon my issue. The issue was resolved within the first 10 minutes, after explaining that I did not want an FAQ and if there was anything that could be done the individual was able to help me speedily and in my desired fashion. If more companies act it this way more of us would probably leave better customer reviews. And my personal opinion Jamie RedPath deserves a bonus and a raise. Praiseworthy performance keep up the good job!

Personally GTX has been the most helpful and knowledgeable game server hosting that we have ever used to this day.
Very friendly and always there to help , no matter how early or late that it is. Also want to add that their support tickets get answered in just a few minutes. The absolute fastest response from support that I've ever gotten and that's saying A LOT, considering over the years we have used every other major game hosting service.
We dropped every service we was using and will only use GTX now. Just cannot go wrong with these guys. Great service, price And great people to host your games PERIOD.
P.S. LOVE the control panel layout. Super easy and much more control and intuitive than any so far. Thanks to them for making our games GREAT.

James was awesome, worked with us through an issue for about an hour, super responsive in his troubleshooting and even went above and beyond transferring a saved world for us to a new server. So happy with the level of support from GTX!
