Phoned to enquire about a car from their Autotrader listing to be told they had a lot of interest in the car and Autotrader had the price wrong ,it was £500 more than the listed price.
This I found strange as their own website had the car listed at the same price as Autotrader.
Misleading advertising practices as its still the same price online hours later.
All of the staff made us welcome from the very start. They were very thorough in ensuring we got what we came for.I was given advice on using our local bank and Michelle the owner did all the documentation for us. Later Michelle and her daughter Mel ran through all the controls on the car with us. The following day everything was ready and the car delivered to our house Michelle took me for a spin round to make sure I was happy with everything.
Her daughter Mel even arranged for my old car to be collected for scrap and the money will be paid into my bank account.
What good service I will definitely recommend them and use them again..
I needed a replacement car and spoke to Michelle and her daughter briefly about what I would like and my budget. I didn't have a brand preference it just had to meet a few must haves such as been automatic, and less than 5 Yr old . When I arrived for collection my car looked brand new. They spent time going through the main features of the car, setting up phone and even advising on the best steering wheel locks...
