The delivery was fast, three tires are completely new, one tire is pale, has traces of improper storage, exposure to the sun and is older in production than the other three, by more than a year.

Our tyres are normally stored in appropriate conditions, and a difference in production date does not automatically affect performance. However, if one tyre appears older than expected or shows probable marks of improper storage, please open a ticket with our after-sales service from your customer account and attach photos of the tyre, its condition, and the DOT marking.
Our team will review your claim quickly and provide the most suitable solution after verification.

Delivery is fast, but Hankook tyres are full of small holes (1 - 2 mm in diameter) - looks like some kind of error during production (vulcanization) process - anyway newer seen before.
